경치도 좋고 시설도 좋았습니다. 역에서 가까워서 이동하기도 편리합니다. 스태프들도 친절하였습니다. 베르히테스가덴에 방문 시 이 호텔에 재방문의사가 있습니다. 아침식사 때 각 방마다 지정된 테이블을 배정받는데 아시안 사람들만 외곽 테이블에 배정된 것을 발견하였습니다. 우연의 일치일까요? 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. The view was great and the facilities were good. It is also close to the station, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly. When I visit Berchtesgaden, I am willing to return to this hotel. At breakfast, however, each room is assigned a designated table, and I find that only Asians are assigned to the outside table. Is it a coincidence? I didn't feel good.

Stayed three nights. Great location to walk to the Berchtesdgaden HBF station and get around the area. Clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and relaxed overall. Restaurant was very good as well

Room was very clean, staff were very nice, balcony has great view, excellent breakfast, nothing we don’t like! Oh , and the half board dinner was excellent, for €29 per person you get 3 court dinner plus salads bar, deluoabd well presented!

Sehr großes, sauberes und schönes Zimmer, sogar Wasserkocher war vorhanden mit Kaffee und Tee. Freundlicher Empfang. Frühstück super. Hat alles gepasst.

Tatsächlich etwas laut wegen der Verkehrslage beim geöffneten Fenster, trotzdem geschlafen wie ein Stein. Personal großartig, sehr hilfsbereit, auskunftsfreudig und sehr sehr freundlich! Tolles Frühstück, schöne Saunalandschaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, and nice continental breakfast. Did not have air condition or washer/dryer as advertised in Expedia. Did not know adult only meant clothing optional in pool/sauna and had a 14/17 year old booked with us prior to adult only. Would have appreciated knowing this.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it keeps getting better! If you are looking for a quaint authentic German mountain hotel this is what you want! They are friendly and the breakfast is amazing! I highly recommend!

We only stayed one night while coming back from a longer trip, but I'm glad we picked this place. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sauna and pool area was superb. We ate breakfast and dinner there, and both were great. I also loved how pet-friendly they were, and how convenient the location was to the Eagle's Nest. I also appreciated the city discount card they provided.

Alles in allem gibt es hierzu nichts negatives zu berichten, wenn überhaupt etwas verbessert werden sollte könnten evtl. die sehr weichen Matratzen in den Betten ausgetauscht werden. Dies ist aber sicherlich ein supjektives Gefühl jedes einzelnen.

Very nice staff, who made all possible to keep everything clean and customers safe. Good location if you are a hiker, easy access to many hiking trails. Hotel is a little worn out but did not bother me since everything was so clean and well organized
