편안하고 도심에 가깝습니다... 관광객에게 추천합니다...

직원들은 매우 친절했고, 객실도 깨끗했습니다.

방은 작지만 괜찮고 편안해요. 방도 춥습니다. 화장실은 깨끗해요.

깨끗한 호텔, 예산에 맞는 넓은 공간, 친절한 직원이 고객에게 서비스를 제공하고, 주차가 가능하며 도시와 가깝습니다.

매우 편안하고 부드러운 매트리스

It very good hotel. Serve and counter service very happines. The room is very nice dan interaktive.

Bilik bersih. Selesa. Saiz bilik bergantung paket yang dipilih. Harga berpatutan, cuma parking terlalu curam, yang lain, semua ok

The service, location, counter service, friendliness, and access to various places are very satisfying. The only concern is when you need to compete for parking, which is extremely limited and could be exposed to danger due to the quiet night with no one in the back of the hotel. Also, you need to compete for an iron placed in the next to the elevator area. Drink sachets are not provided in the room but are available upon request at the counter. We feel it 's not worth the price of the hotel we rented. This is just our honest experience.

Mainly was the noise. Someone upstairs moved and drag some heavy stuff/furniture causing noise at almost 12 midnight. Next, someone (2 different group of people; I believe it 's hotel 's occupants) talked very loudly at 6am.

Nice budget hotel with 5star in-room facilities. Comfortable & spacious king size bed. Overall the hotel is very clean and tidy. Located at the city center, near to the night market & river side (walking distance). Close by to UTC and indoor family activities such as bowling and cinema.

Bilik ok, cuma sempit nak solat dalam bilik

Small room. Soundproof poor even can hear TV at outside. Toilet berkulat, stay 4 night, day 2 pressure water very slow.

Very satisfying hotel. Check in smoothly and room is spacious. Near to restaurant.

Parking sangat limited memang kena ambil parking berbayar depan hotel. Mineral water free kalau nak topup. Toothbrush tiada ya kena bawa sendiri. Hotel atas rumah kedai.

Privacy good, perfect, clean, the best hotel ever.

Nice place to stay and rest. Friendly and helpful staffs. Iron can be found in some corner, but poor conditions. Parking is hard to get aft 8pm. The rest is good :)

the good side the staff is fine, location is fine, nearby got restaurant with nice food choices the downside need to ask for housekeeping service to make up your room, I asked for my room to make up my room in the morning at reception counter, back to room at night, the room is still dirty..😑 rate 4/10

Bilik sangat selesa dengan harga yang murah. Berdekatan dengan pasar payang. Parking agak limited siapa cpt dia dapat.

Pros: location is in the middle of kuala Terengganu town. So shops are within walking distances. Room is not that spacious but clean with comfy bed and pillow. Water heater functions well. Cons: parking is limited so better commute by taxi.
