Big, spacious, nice toilet, hairdryer included, good air conditioner, good location and good pillow.

It was such a very pleasant stay! At the first time we arrived at the hotel, Angelica greeted us with warm hugs and kisses and treated us like her own daughters. She even gave us the big room for 4 (so we have lotsa space). She told us that we can ring her at anytime if we have any trouble in Firenze. The hotel is so near with the station and has elevator in the building, so it is a really good choice. Recommended!
