I have stayed several hotels in PP and met good staffs with several hotels but the staffs at this hotel seems to be best in my experience. the staffs are excellent and kinder than 5 star hotels. The facilities are wonderful and great for the price. I'd like to thank WHITE MANSION HOTEL and staffs for their wonderful experience. Thank you.

방이 매우 넓고 천장도 높아서 굉장히 쾌적했어요. 뚜얼슬랭, 프놈펜왕궁 등 어디든 툭툭으로 가면 너무 가까워서 편리했습니다. 특히 조식은 정말 만족스러웠어요. 4가지 옵션이 있었는데, 기본으로 제공되는 음료, 커피, 빵 모두 최고였습니다.

출장으로 화이트펜션에 4박을하게 되었는데 너무 친절하고 편한하게 잘 숙박하였습니다.

호텔 객실의 크기나 욕실의 규모는 맘에 듭니다. 하지만 객실에 전화기가 없어서 체크인 시 휴대폰을 주면서 필요시 프론트로 연락하라고 하였는데 그 전화기로 프론트에 전화를 하여도 잘 받지 않아서 직접 프론트에 다녀야 하는 불편함이 있었고, 호텔스닷컴에 세면도구를 무료로 제공한다고 되어 있었지만 직접 가보니 욕실에 없어서 역시 직접 내려가서 비누, 칫솔, 등을 꼭 집어서 요구해야만 하나씩 꺼내 주는데 매우 기분이 상했습니다. 적어도 비품을 욕실에 비치해 놓고 투숙객이 사용을 한 것만 확인하고 채워 주었으면 합니다. 또한 객실에 개미가 돌아 다녔습니다. 그리고 창문의 커튼을 열면 바로 일반집에서 정면으로 보여서 커튼을 열고 있을 수가 없었습니다. 조용했습니다

벙껭꽁 보단 주변에 편의시설이 적으나 호텔시설이나 방 아침식사등이 좋다 조금 아쉬운건 3일 잤는데 침대시트를 새거로 교치하지 않았다는 것

We were upgraded on arrival and everyone was so welcoming. The fresh passion fruit juice on arrival is also so tasty. Our room was comfortable and spacious with views overlooking the city and included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush and q-tips. There was a plate of fresh fruit on check in as well. We also booked a massage that was high value for the price and available at the time we inquired for one. Breakfast was delicious every day and we enjoyed traditional Cambodian breakfast. Easy location within the city and Tuk-tuk easily available.

This is the nicest hotel ever. It has vaulted ceilings in every room and hallway. I think it used to be an embassy. It has beautiful winding staircases everywhere. Full spa and restaurant on site. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I would recommend this place 100%

Fantastic service and mindset of the staff. Only one night it was noisy music from a rooftop Bar nearby. That should be managed to reduce the sound volume and sound proofed windows.

The staff at this property are incredible. They are attentive, quick, polite and go above and beyond. We were upgraded room, and it was a great size, with a lovely bed and incredibly clean. The one minor problem is you can hear a lot of noise from outside of the room, and we’re woken up on a few occasions by children running around and playing in the corridor directly outside - but this seems to be a parenting issue and not the hotels fault, whilst other guests slept it’s poor form. The pool could be cleaner, especially with debris at the bottom of the pool, but is still a lovely space to sit outside. The sun loungers could be cleaner and the pool towels but this is a minor issue. The hotel is great and it’s easy to get tuktuk anywhere. The food quality for room service could be better again, but for a four star hotel it’s understandable. The breakfast is good. The staff really made our experience and we would stay here again, maybe slightly overpriced however if the small improvements were made the price would be completely fair.

Les chambres présentées sur le site sont des chambres du premier et du deuxième étage. Nous étions au 3 eme étage et il fait très très très chaud. La climatisation doit tourner toute la nuit pour parvenir à abaisser un peu la température. L'hôtel est agréable, pas de salle de sport, la piscine est agréable mais ne pas loger au 3 eme étage car il fait véritablement trop chaud

Amazing place. Clean. Comfortable. Warm. Friendly. Great pool. Quiet outside area in shade. Wonderful baguettes and French 75s. Perfect balance between size of hotel and facilities. Staff are truly helpful.

Great stay in a good quality boutique hotel, loved the room on the 4th floor (but note lift only goes 3 floor!). The restaurant is the LeCafe as part of the property while breakfast is limited the quality of food is excellent. Stand out is the staff, who are always smiling and helpful to get tasks done quickly. Recommend improvements would be bidet facilities and a ceiling fan, which are typically standard in Asian hotels.
