Had a great time staying at the Prince. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Mr. Kyousuke Suzuki. Our only concern was the shuttle bus was always full. Please provide more or bigger shuttle buses

the hotel is quite spacious. they have shuttle that goes back and forth to the outlet every half hour so it’s pretty convenient.
