Buena ubicación, excelente servicio, super limpio me gustó mucho!

가성비 최고인 호텔인건 같습니다. 그리고 주변에 식당도 많아서 더 좋은것 같습니다. 강추해요. 그런데 가끔 만석되니 잘 알아보셔야 할 것 같습니다.

Sucio y los baños no funcionaban especificamente las regaderas. Me dieron un late check out esto fue amable de su parte. Pero esto no compensa las condiciones en las que tienen en el hotel por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Tiene una mala administracion.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Staff is tge worse

Muy bonito y limpio. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Claro que regreso con gusto a hospedarme.

They need to change bedding every time , our pillows smelled really bad and blankets had a sweat smell

Construction in room next door and construction on another hotel next to the the Hyatt

This was a 2 night stay for my wife and I. This was our first time staying at Hyatt Place. The hotel is immaculate. So clean and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, spacious with sofa, coffee maker and refrigerator. The only problem was they were having elevator issues. We were on the top 7th floor and it was necessary one time to walk all the way up to our floor in the stairwell. That is hard for us as we are seniors. The free breakfast is great. One particular receptionist was particularly helpful after we checked in to help me with logging on to the WiFi. There were some WiFi issues and she was very patient and helpful to help get on WiFi as my job depends on it. I cannot remember her name. Great hotel and we will stay there again.

Todo bien lo unico que tarda mucho en sale agua Caliente y no recibi toallas en mi cuarto .

Everything was noce good staff and the breakfast is good only negative i have is the tvs dont pair with phone to stream and they dont have Netflix.
