전체 평가 및 리뷰 Orange Grove Serviced Apartment by ST Residences

the staffs were friendly but the cleaning service was understaffed, the bath tub should be replaced because of cracks, the curtain smelly, and the mattress worn out, also the sofa, the kitchen utensils were dirty. the location is good, surrounding quiet, the apartment roomy. it will be closed on 15-02-2020.

Very close to shopping malls, value for money

Some of the things didn't work for example bed side table lamp, tv remote control (we hardly use the kitchen and washing machine so no idea whether the appliances) We asked for a lightbulb but had to wait for the next day for a replacement. There is no remote control for the tv in the bedroom, We didn't bother to ask the receptionist because we were there for only two nights. There is no shower only bathtub. The room’s floor, curtain, sofa and carpet were not entirely clean. We could feel some dust. The common area such as the entrance, the corridor and lift area are not clean.

after all bad reviews I read online, my first impression when I went there was: it's not that bad.. I love it there, I didn't mind about a slightly stain on curtain, as long as I have a clean bed sheets, clean towel, and I also can cook using stove, pan etc. much easier when travel with toddler who picky eater..

Pertama kali nginep d apart ini, tmptnya oke sh, lengkap ada peralatan makan, kompor, wajan, hair dryer, setrika an, cma agak kotor aja tmptny, lantainya lengket gitu, dan slama nginep 5 hri d sna ga dibersihin kamarnya mngkn krn saya jg ga blng untuk mnta d bersihin, di resepsionisnya jrng ada orng yg stand by tp stiap ada mo butuh gt lngnsg dtng orngnya krn ada telpon ext gt buat panggil person in chargeny, untuk accesss ke bus stop lumayan oke tinggal jalan 500 m an gt

Dapat kamar di lantai 5, kamar rapi dan bersih, kamar mandi dan handuk juga bersih. Menginap 2 malam lumayan bagus lah, walaupun jarak dari apartemen ke stasiun lumayan jauh, it's oke! Walaupun jauh tapi jalan-jalan di tengah kota lumayan menghibur.

I stayed here for 6 days. I like the place and the location. They provide kitchen set almost all that you need and also the washing machine together with the iron. The bathroom is also good. But, I just don't like the carpet in the bedroom. It smells stinky and moist. I think better if they pull out the carpet and also the curtains in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom are dirty.

Not as expected, front office guy doesn't answer phones, no service, old building, hardly maintained.

No proper amenities (we were only given shampoo, bath gel, towels, kitchenwares, and the name of the property is very tricky, it says "serviced apartment", but when you stay here, they don't and won't clean your room (i even offered to pay for this, but their policy is to have no room cleaning service). also, the room we were staying in was way different than the one you will see in app.

Lokasi jauh dari pusat orchard, kamar luas, cuma tempat tidurnya sudah tua, dan tidak ada sama sekali roomboy.

Kamarnya lumayan besar, nyaman bersih ada kitchennya juga jadi bisa masak sepuasnya. Fasilitasnya cukup bagus.

Saya tinggal disana selama 5hari, cek in jam 3 sore, petugas resepsionis nya baik sekali orang philipina, saya pesan deluxe room dua kamar yang ada dapurnya, saya bawa keluarga besar 6 orang dan 4 anak anak. Laus kamar 74 meter. Bisa masuk semuanya, tidak pesan extra bed. Saya bawa beras dari indonesia, bawa rendang, kentang, ayam goreng, karena ada dapur di hotel jadi tidak perlu beli beli makanan di luar, karena belum tentu halal. Letaknya strategis dekat halte bis delfi orchard. Daripada sewa hotel tidak ada dapurnya lebih baik sewa aparetemen bisa masak. Semua masakan dan minuman di Singapura serba mahal.

Location is not good and no service. It's an apartment not a hotel

The aircond in the bedroom did not work. Had to come down to the reception to inform the staff since no telephone was provided in the room. The next day the service/ repair aircond staff came but the aircond still didn’t work. And the wifi in the room was also very slow, or maybe because our room is located too far? We stayed for 2 nights and there was no housekeeping.

You should improve your service and the cleaning.

Untuk kelengkapan di dalam kamar cukup lengkap ada kompor mesin cuci rice cooker dan peralatan masak ready hanya untuk ke lokasi MRT memang cukup jauh.

no one cleaned up for the whole 5 days stay. the bathroom is leaking and wet all over the floor. the only good thing is the location.

Lokasi oke, jalan 10 menit langsung di orchard.

Its really a bad service apt that so called serviced apartment -.- The photo and the real place doesnt do any justice. The bad are so bad! Dont even mention the sofa.
