방은 충분히 넓고 편리했으며, 침구 및 비품도 훌륭합니다. 깨끗히 관리되고 있는 호텔입니다. 조식은 다양하지는 않았지만 모두 맛있었고, 공항셔틀, 늦은 체크아웃 등 다양한 요구에도 신속하고 친절히 대응하여주어 매우 편리하게 지냈습니다. 다음 출장에도 최우선 순위에 고려할만한 호텔입니다. 편리한 쇼핑 거리의 바로 뒷편 골목에 있는지라 조금 불편할 수 있습니다.

Everything at the hotel was amazing, including the staff. However, both TVs in the living room and in the bedroom was horrible. Needed TV Internet was working or any streaming channels, including YouTube. I called maintenance workers to come fix it, but it was a total disaster. I was told by the staff at the hotel those TVs are 15+ years old. That is not a good look. At this point, they should throw those TVs away because it’s embarrassing.

Staff was lacking, room was worn out. Reception very rude and lacking in service knowledge. We had to call multiple times to get any thing we needed.

One of the safest and cleanest hotel experiences in Dhaka. My room was 678 sq ft. Large ,well kept, and modern. I could order gourmet food 24/7 which was an excellent perk. Breakfast area is small in size but food is great.

Located in Banani where you could find food and drinks easily Staffs are friendly and helpful
