Buen hotel, pequeño pero con buena atención

Excelente atención de siempre

El personal siempre muy amable , la habitación muy cómoda , lo único donde yo pondría un poco de atención es en la limpieza que hacen a los cuartos ya que van 2 veces que nos hospedamos ahí y dejan pelos en la cama y hacen mucho ruido en las demás habitaciones al limpiar , todo lo demás excelente !

Excelente ubicación con comunicación y acceso fácil al centro de Mérida y sus puntos de interés. El personal del restaurante y Bell Boys-Valet Parking con muy bien trato y servicio destacándose Denver.

We originally booked a room with one bed, but upon arrival we found it was a corner room and felt dark and small, with a small bed. We chose to pay for an upgrade to a double bed room, which was much larger and brighter. The arched design feature is very interesting and adds charm to the room.

La cocina de la suite 209 es inservible: no hay ollas, sarten, plato ni un solo cubierto para poder cocinar por si mismo. En la alberca me sentí como una mantarraya en el oceano Hay que mejorar el wifi, en el dormitorio de la 209, la señal es floja

La habitación siempre limpia, todos los días había botellitas de agua que me pareció excelente porque me ha tocado que solo lo hacen el primer día. Todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto, llevamos coche y la entrega y recepción muy bien también. Todo excelente !

Clean room - nice amenities

Spacious room. I book and ask for town views but the room was facing the side of the town and was covered by a big concrete wall of the same building… I asked the staff, she said it was with partial view :-(

The room was spacious but furniture was jaded. No housekeeping on one of the days even though requested. The instructions to get laundry done are not correct. There is night club or other music venue nearby which kept me awake one of the nights. It is ok but there are better places.

The room was fine; the only thing missing was a refrigerator. The staff were all nice.
