Excellent, friendly staff and superb food.

Beautiful Inn, located across from the Cathedral. The restaurant's food was exceptional.

Staff were friendly and food was excellent. Too many steps to our room!

Character-filled very old property. The stairs are wonky, the floor is creaky, and the night door (inset into a huge wooden door, which is closed at night) is tiny. In short, you can’t miss you staying in a 16-century house. But it is comfortable (beds, showers), the breakfast is delicious, and the staff friendly.

We had a very comfortable stay! The breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful historical hotel

Great location and wonderful hosts. Very charming building and rooms in the heart of Salisbury.

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra restaurang i bottenvåningen. Gammal byggnad men riktigt fint renoverat med bevarade detaljer.

It's not every day you can say you stayed in a 16th century hotel. Of course getting to the room is tricky unless you have balance on wonky floors & stairs. But it's character features, bit of creaky floorboards. The room was fairly modern but was surprised no telephone which I needed. Had to shut the window to sleep to cut down outside noises but not totally. Food was good, restaurant was full, staff friendly. Unique experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Chapter House. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

It was really nice and the staff were friendly and funny! Definitely recommend:) also the strawberries in the buffet were really yum ;)

Really nice, very old hotel with excellent service and food.

16世紀から宿屋をやっているとの情報が出ていたが，本当に古いホテル。1階はパブとレストランで，地元の人でにぎわっている。お料理は大変おいしい。ステーキお勧め。Fish and Chipsも衣厚めな好きなタイプだった。古いので，階段が傾いていたり，部屋の床が傾いていてクローゼットが斜めになっていたりするのが愛嬌。大聖堂すぐそば。ホテルの駐車場は無いので，ホテルから徒歩5分くらいのBrown Street Car Parkに停める。ホテルで24Hのバウチャーを8GBPだったかで提供してくれるので，それをダッシュボードに置いとけばよい。

Old and quirky building, very nice room with excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Superb restaurant, very reasonable prices and great food. Helpful and friendly staff.

Wonderful stay in a lovely old building, very good big room. Stairs were interesting but as they were several hundred years old and the staff were good in helping with our bags it added to the fun!
