Everything was perfect except the room was a little outdated, no USB sockets, no shower curtain/door - the water from the shower spills on the floor. The temperature in the room was perfect without annoying A/C drafts.

Bonjour. J'aime les hôtels qui ont une âme, un charme un peu différent des chaines d'hôtels 4*. Vivement la fin des travaux de rénovation. Le personnel est accessible et serviable, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les petits-déjeuner. A bientôt

地下鉄駅（ベルクール広場）も近くにあり、交通の便もよかった。朝食（ビュッフェ）の質も高く、満足度が高かった。

Great desk staff. Well located for walking. Quiet. Nice common areas. No coffee maker in room.

Staff really friendly

The location is excellent for touring/transportation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet comprehensive. Bed was firm but comfortable. Air conditioning was iffy. We needed to move rooms as we and staff had difficulty setting up the A/C. We also suggest a rubber mat in the slippery tub/shower.

Very helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Great location.

Great hotel located a short walk from all sorts of attractions including: restaurants (brasseries/bouchons), two rivers (the Rhone and Sone). It was surrounded by quaint buildings from the 1700s/1800s. It was not far from a funicular (a hillside train) station that takes you to the well preserved ruins of a Roman theatre at the top of the hill as well as near a beautiful cathedral. It was a very nice mix of modern and vintage. Loved our time there - wish that we could have stayed longer than the two days we visited.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé. Très classe.Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. J’ai eu une chambre double qui me semblait rénovée assez récemment. Très jolie salle de bain . Literie impeccable et confortable. Climatiseur mural propre . On y est allé deux fois en trois semaines et c’est la que j’essaierai de rester si je retourne à Lyon !

Hôtel très bien placé à quelques pas de la place Bellecour. Le personnel est très accueillant et l’hôtel est propre et confortable. Le restaurant est par contre à éviter au vu des tarifs pratiqués (38,50€ pour un plat + dessert + verre de vin).

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, von dem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping-Möglichkeiten problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Mittendrin bedeutet natürlich auch, dass es nicht unbedingt leise ist. Man muss mit Geräuschkulisse bis in die Nacht rechnen - zumindest, wenn man nach vorne oder seitlich heraus wohnt. Schönes Ambiente im Foyer, netter, sehr bemühter Service. Unser Zimmer in der 4. Etage war sehr klein, das von Freunden deutlich größer.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wenn es Probleme gab. Ich habe mich für das Einzelzimmer entschieden. Das Zimmer ist zwar sehr klein, aber für mich ausreichend. Wer mehr Platz möchte, sollte einen anderen Zimmertyp buchen. Ich empfehle das Hotel und würde gerne wieder dort übernachten. Danke für alles!

Hotel molto elegante e situato in una zona centrale, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. La pulizia delle stanze è impeccabile e lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile in ogni momento. L'unico aspetto che mi ha lasciato perplesso è stato il fatto che, nonostante avessi già saldato l'importo della stanza in anticipo, mi sia stato richiesto di fornire una carta di credito a garanzia. Sarebbe stato apprezzato un maggiore chiarimento su questa procedura al momento della prenotazione.
