La atención del personal fue malísima, llegamos a las 12:30 y nos dijeron que la hab nos la dirían hasta las 3 (eso la lo sabíamos) nos fuimos a comer y regresamos a las 3:30 y nos dicen que la habitación estaría lista en más de 1 hora, y cuando nos dieron la hab no había toallas que nos las darían hasta las 6. La alberca estaba súper turbia el agua y nos tocó una hab junto a la alberca y n donde el ruido estaba a todo lo que da porque la gente ponía sus bocinas, quise cancelar y me dijeron que no me reembolsarían nada, de vdd pésimo todo

El a/c tiraba agua , la smartv tenía unas rayas y mala imagen ,la regadera del baño estaba tapada por el sarro y el restaurante no abre los domingos por la tarde

Es un hotel limpio, céntrico y personal atento. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

My first room was covered with death insects. Girl said they fumigated and didn’t clean the room. Stayed for 8 days. I used only two bottles of water all week. Mind you they didn’t have to give new bottles everyday. The night before I was leaving I asked front desk for a bottle of water and was denied it. My room was left opened. Yes. The door was cracked open. The sewer smelled everyday. My room stink . Dust and lady time will be staying here.

Clean room, bright garden area. Close to waterfront

The staff were very helpful. Was close to the airport and waterfront. The hotel itself was clean, neat and accommodating. Would stay there again without hesitation. Thank you

El personal es muy atento pero el hotel no es muy bueno el agua de la alberca se estaba sucia, el internet pésimo no agarro en ningún momento, el teléfono del cuarto no servía, el agua caliente nunca salió

The room was good and comfortable, the location of the hotel is quite well because is nearest to the maritime "Muelle Fiscal de Chetumal" only 10 min walking.

El personal fue muy amable, pero el aire acondicionado no servía, es temporada de mucho calor en mayo y sin ventilador, sin aire acondicionado fue muy coluroso dormir.

Cumplió con mis expectativas.
