Everything was great. Even if there was restrictions on cooking gas, the food provided was excellent. I was also able to get a Uber taxy to get back to Cochin in the morning instead of using the hotel's private taxi.

Nothing else to say. This place is fantastic. I really enjoyed the Adult only pool. Thank god! There were lots of kids running around like lunatics on the ground floor at times but not at the pool! So great, I stayed another 2 nights

Rene, store rom. Fin utsikt. Stor veranda. Hyggelig og serviceminded personale. Aircondition fungerte som den skulle. Nydelig voksenbasseng med infinitypool og gode solsenger. Bra spa, med gode behandlinger.

A fantastic room with an amazing view over the mountains. The rooftop pool was great, sunbeds were comfortable and again the views were superb. Staff were lovely and attentive.

Staff did not welcome us the same way as other guest. I was charged for 2 rooms and they did not want to make adjustment. Cleanliness and space could be better.

The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! The room is spacious, clean, and well designed. The food is tasty and the buffet options are plentiful if you want a quick meal. My only issue is that the internet is a bit spotty, but they sent a technician in promptly to address the issue and I was able to stream shows on my laptop. The pool is also great. The spa staff are professional and excellent, and the treatment rooms are clean and well designed. What truly impressed me was that I decided to check out early, and the staff phoned expedia on my behalf to make sure that I would get a refund for the night I didn't use. I would have no hesitation recommending the Panoramic Getaway to anyone looking to stay in the Munnar area.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, even better than other five‑star properties like the Taj. What stood out most were the spotless rooms, the attentive and genuinely caring staff, and the breathtaking views from both our room and the terrace. We loved the amenities as well: the beautiful swimming pool, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and the hotel’s easy access to all the fun things to do in Munnar. We were traveling with our one‑year‑old, and the staff went above and beyond helping us sanitize bottles multiple times a day, keeping the room clean, and making sure we were always comfortable. We stayed for two days and had an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

Restaurant staff was great!

Great place to relax and take in the views of Munnar. The restaurant is amazing for authentic Indian food.

The hotel has descent facilities, staff were helpful, kept very clean and tidy. The food was consistently good and the location of the hotel is 10 hours from Munnar which makes it very convenient. The view from the Panorama room was very good.

Clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful hotel with great decoration.The Indian restaurant was amazing with impeccable service. Beautiful swimming pool, conveniently located especially when you have a car. Everything is close by. Not easy for walking around the hotel though (no sidewalks and too much traffic). Beautiful sunset spot! I'll recommend it.

Lovely stay with heated pool was amazing and cafés in the property is nice. Chocolate factory next to the stay makes the location nice.

Vi var på en par resa med två nätter på the panoramic getaway. Det var en fantastisk vistelse. Vi fick hjälp av receptionen att boka en taxi resa till te-ålantager och ”Lockhart Tea factory”, det rekommenderar vi verkligen. Vi tog även behandlingar i deras spa under vår vistelse vilka var fantastiska, fräscht, bra och väldigt härlig upplevelse. Vi är mycket nöjda.

Reception in nice and they are very good people Breakfast options is poor beds not comfortable but there is a good restaurant (underground) delicious food
