Staffs were very kind and helpful, but I couldn't recommend this hotel to stay. First, My first suite room was very dark and had a bad smell like mold. I couldn't stand that smell because of sickness. So they changed my room. The second one was better. Second, location is really bad. It's not exactly located in downtown, you have to take a taxi. But, it's really hard to get a taxi around the hotel. And the taxi connected with hotel is a little bit expansive than others.

The staff at check in was very friendly. The room was very clean.

There was a long line to check in and I wasn’t able to do it online either through the Marriott app. Finally, when we got to the front they said there were no clean rooms. It took them another 15-20 minutes to clean the room. When we got in the room there were no towels. We wasted at least 35-45 minutes on something that should have taken 2-3 minutes.

The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of options, fresh and tasty. The staff speaks English very well and are thoughtful. Being connected to the hospital next door is a plus. The roof terrace with exercise room is very nice.

The management staff is the weak link for this establishment. Not at all concerned with customer service. We stayed there a total of four weeks and couldn’t wait to leave due to the problems that we had and managements unwillingness to fix them

Pool always closed. Sauna out of order. WiFi slow.
