整體觀感很差,以後絕對不會在入住

The sleeping room is fully equipped, everything worked, bathtub available. The apartments are above the restaurants, the noise died down at 10 pm. near the theater and the Pupp Hotel. Good location.

私がホテルに到着したときに残念ながらホテル予約の情報がホテル側に伝わっていませんでした。レセプションの人はとても親切に対応してくれて何度も調べてくれました。 １時間経過してようやく予約情報がホテルに届き宿泊することができました。 もう一度言います、ホテルの方々はとても親切で協力的でした。部屋もとても清潔です。

We booked the apartment but ended up having to stay in a hotel room due to issues with the apartment. The hotel room is clean and roomy with lovely view of the city. However, the 2 single beds pushed together is uncomfortable for sleeping. We had to make 3 trips back and forth (they have a number of different buildings for rooms) as we booked for a double bed and all the rooms they gave us were single beds or 2 single beds pushed together. It seemed strange that the receptionist did not know what beddings they have in the rooms. We gave up after the 3rd time, and just accepted the 2 beds pushed together. We also had no parking for our car even though we meant to have parking with the apartment. It was difficult to find parking as the hotel is right in the city centre.

The apartment was not available. We were moved to a different hotel but the location was not convenient to my sick cousin, We ended in one room in Esplanade 1 after moving and checking several rooms. We were not happy: instead to start the treatments we were trying to find a comfortable room for staying over there . The administrator gave as a complimentary free lunch but it was not what we planned to do. We planned to cook our own meals because we are both have the health opportunities. Yes, we had a big room but we bought an apartment! Thank you for understanding my frustration!
