We had a wonderful time at the Kouch Chalets! It was close to the park, quiet, had a play structure for the kids, and gave us everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the cool cabins, as sleeping hot is not fun! We found the staff hospitable and friendly, and all the blankets and pillows were so fresh and fluffy. We would definitely come back in the future - for more days next time! Thanks to Monique for her excellent service and space

Le personnel était très chaleureux et accueillant ! L'espace extérieur était bien aménagé et convivial. Un bel espace de jeux pour les enfants, des bbqs, coin de feu, hamacs étaient disponibles un peu partout. *Pour les feux, il y avait du bois de disponible et ce, sans frais. À l'intérieur des chalets, ceux-ci étaient généralement propres. Toutefois, le rideau de douche intérieur qui était transparent n'avait pas été laver, mais ce fut le seul détails que j'ai vue. Sinon quelques petits ajustements à faire; serrer le crochet à rideau, les moulures près du lavabo et repeindre le bas des moulures, mais rien de majeur. Niveau confort, les matelas étaient très mou et certains un peu bruyants. Cependant, l'aménagement était très bien. Petite cuisine à notre porter a écrit savon à vaiselle, ustensiles, vaiselles, machine à café

Tres belle accueil, beau site,toute les commodités, un peu vieux mais entretenue. seul point un peu moins bon cest les lits qui sont très mou et bruyant ... je donne 4*

Cet endroit a été une très belle surprise pour nous! Très tranquille et les commodités étaient parfaites! Nous n'avions pas un chalet juste pour nous, mais l'espace commun avec les BBQ a être très pratique. Plusieurs jouets disponibles pour les enfants. L'accès à la buanderie était facile et pratique. Il n'y a cependant pas de possibilité de suspendre les vêtements pour les sécher quand on a pas un chalet individuel. L'espace intérieur a été rentabilisé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut : serviettes pour vaiselle, savon à vaiselle, sel et poivre. Toutes les bases sont là, c'est parfait! L'accueil a été très chaleureux. Les matelas n'étaient pas vraiment confortables, mais c'était vraiment le seul point moins positif. Nous aimerions y retourner! Il n'y a pas de bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électriques. On peut se brancher sur une prise de type sécheuse si on a l'adaptateur pour.

Very well situated right next to the National Park. More spacious than we were expecting. We would definitely stay here again.

I really loved the way how flexible the people is with English and French and their kindness the place have part hotel part chalets and I stayed at hotel part was everything perfect

Our one night stay exceeding the expectations-to be honest! The park trails were very nice, the staff was very helpful, the room was big enough and very well equipped, their high speed internet allowed me to pass an exam so I was worry free this morning! I will definitely come back and stay more days if I get a chance in the future!

We needed to check in much later than anticipated and were able to deal directly with Kouch Chalets by phone to arrange for a late check-in. They went out of their way to accommodate us and we really appreciated it. We only stayed one night so we were unable to take full advantage of the kitchenette.

La chambre était correct. Le stationnement en face de la chambre. L'ambiance laissait à désiré. Le bureau d'accueil n'était ouvert que 2h pour l'arrivée et les instructions pour les aménagements extérieurs très peu claires.

This truly is a hidden gem in New Brunswick The people we’re so friendly and helpful at check in and the grounds were well kept and the chalets were nice and clean as well as the beds were very comfortable !

Great, comfortable cabins with everything you need!

This is an excellent place to enjoy the great outdoors. Wonderful cabins. Chalet was clean and in great condition. We rented in early Spring so there was not much open on the community. Important depending on the time of year to bring groceries to cook in the well equipped kitchenette.

Park was beautiful and weather perfect. Accomodations were exactly as stated and clean. Owners, Guy and Marilyn were very nice and most helpful. Would highly reccomend this location.

Parc is close by. We go for biking , can get to park from facility..

Everything as described, clean, a regular and a thicker pillow, plumbing sound was loud when being used by the next room.
