전체 평가 및 리뷰 Seaside All Suites Hotel

It was right in front of the beach, so there were shops and restaurants. It felt good to have a comfortable bed and clean accommodation.

호텔 위치가 North Beach쪽이어서 조용하고 좋았습니다. 1층 끝에 있는 객실을 배정 받았는데, 실내에 방향제 냄새가 너무 강하고 환기가 되지 않는 반면, 보안상의 이유이겠지만 창문을 열수 없어서, 갑갑했습니다. 실내는 깨끗했지만, 1박하는 동안 바퀴벌레 2마리를 잡았습니다. 건조기능이 있는 세탁기와 취사가 가능하도록 접시까지 있는 것은 좋아 보였습니다.

노스비치는 사우스와는 달리 조용하고 휴식을 취하기 너무 좋았습니다 다만 노스비치는 사우스랑 좀 멀어서 시내 나가기엔 좀 시간이 걸리긴 해요(메트로버스, 트롤리가 바로 있어서 괜찮긴합니다만 어디 이동할때 40-1시간은 잡아야해요) 직원들도 친절하고 무엇보다 세탁기가 있어서 편리했습니다. 여행중에 생긴 빨래도 하고 진짜 아파트처럼 집처럼 지내기 편리했습니다. 다만 머리카락이 좀 보여서 아쉬웠습니다.

마이애미 비치의 넓고 깨끗하면서 숙박비가 합리적인 곳

숙소가 체크인하는 곳과 떨어져 있고 찾아가는데 아주 힘들었음. 숙소 자체는 넓고 장기 숙박시 좋은 시설임. 처음에 찾기 힘들어서 만점은 못 드림.

I was so afraid of parking problem at the hotel heard from users' comment. However there is not a big problem because the area around the hotel is just beside north Miami beach and visitors can't help using public parking lots. Fortunately I can park my vehicle at the hotel's lot because the period I visited is not peak season. The room is good and the front is kind. But there is some vehicle noise even for night.

침대에서 뒤척일때 소리가 나서 불편했습니다만, 나머지는 만족스러웠습니다.

전반적으로 만족합니다 객실에 주방 시설이 있어서 간단한 식사를 직접 만들 수 있어서 종았습니다 다만 베게가 너무 딱딱하여 목이 아팠습니다 north beach도 가까웠고 개인적으로 혼잡한 south beach 보다 훨씬 좋았습니다

The location was great, 2 blocks from the beach. The actual room, was dingy, smelled musty, the water in the shower had issues with temperature control, found hair while drying myself with a towel, water pressure in the bathroom sinks was too much, the floors were dirty, and definitely saw a small baby roach in the tub. My best friend and I laughed thru it all and had a grand time.

All in all this is a great budget friendly option for visiting Miami if your priority is to be close to the beach. The room itself is incredibly functional. Having a kitchenette with a nice fridge really changed the game in terms of keeping our expenses low. Our only complaint is that the rooms should be better cleaned at the start of a stay especially in the bathroom where there was hair on the wall from the previous occupants. And the floor was super dusty. However the surrounding area with great local eats and proximity to the beach were awesome.

Everything was good except the smell of humidity what is frequent in South country. Close to go the beach, restaurants and shopping by walk… at a good price.

The zone is cool to find restaurants and shopping places.

Bed frame was busted for one of the bed in the room but otherwise very comfortable

Room floors were dirty, the tiles on the floor were cracked, they charge a resort fee which was not stated on the web site.

Room smelled of mildew if air conditioning wasn’t constantly running. That’s what you get in the tropics though. Room was only a block from check in location. Floors felt dirty, and there want a bath mat

Room was very clean and nice. Refrigerator and freezer with microwave and toaster. Lots of spreading around room. No onsite parking but is easy enough to navigate, although you may need to walk a couple of blocks. Easy beach, restaurant, and shopping access. Would stay here again.

I never received the proper address for the office. The room was 55° when we entered, and there was no heat. The TV in the bedroom did not work. At least the room was clean.

Great location, but terrible management. It took me 1.5 hours to check in. The wifi wasn't working for 3 days. I reported this five times, each time the person I spoke to told me this was the first they heard of it, and that it wasn't their fault. In the end, I think all they had to do was restart the wifi router. In my five trips in to the office I witness some guests with much more aggravated complaints than mine, which is to say it wasn't just me. It was a pattern. I wish I had stayed elsewhere.
