Equipe incrível, lugar lindo

We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay away! The place itself is beautiful, well equipped and has nice facilities, it’s a shame that the staff is so untrained.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Plett, and every room has amazing views and is tastefully decorated. Great food, great service, great rooms, great views.

Exuberante. Quarto e cama super confortáveis, vista fenomenal da sacada e do banheiro. Banheiro imenso com banheira. Café da manha excepcional também. Ótimo para casais em lua de mel. Unico problema foi o wifi caso realmente precise se comunicar, mas para nós não foi problema já que queria me desligar do mundo.. rss

Absolutely amazing. Lovely rooms overlooking a lagoon with fabulous interior decorating making a really wonderful ambience. Service is excellent and position is good too. This is my second stay (first in the new rooms); I would definitely stay here again.

Emily Moon is just perfect. The rooms are so comfortably we barely wanted to leave them, particularly the fantastic bathroom and stunning view from each balcony. Nevertheless the restaurant is superb, and all the staff are so friendly - we felt so at home and wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely spot and gorgeous sunset view. Good restaurant. Was surprised they did not recognize or do anything special for our honeymoon however

Tolles Hotel mit sehr großzügigen Zimmern. Sehr gutes Restaurant am Abend; nachmittags ausgezeichente Pizza, sehr beliebt.

“To travel hopefully is better than to arrive” so the saying goes. But our arrival at Emily Moons blew this theory out of the water! From the attractive entrance we knew we had chosen somewhere special and the warm welcome at Reception confirmed this. We were shown to our river lodge which was spacious,beautifully furnished and luxurious with so many thoughtful touches that it’s hard to list them all. Candles, pool/beach towels in a basket we could take with us on a day out, umbrellas, a torch, and plentiful supplies in the bathroom as well as fresh milk in the fridge, replenished daily. Oh, and the view! The lodges have been cleverly positioned so none are overlooked. From your balcony deck The Bijou river winds seaward providing ever changing bird life with each tide. So that’s the accommodation. Now to the food. Breakfast is two fold and plentiful. You can order a selection of cooked breakfasts and also there is a bountiful buffet full of every type of fruit, cereal, fresh bread, jam, muffins, mini quiche to suit all tastes. As a guest you are automatically reserved an evening table at Emily’s restaurant. If you wish to dine elsewhere or in Simon’s bar above, where they serve tasty wood fired pizzas, they will release your table for resale. The Food is top notch and the staff are fantastic. We loved every minute of our stay here. Thoroughly recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Es wird nur alles sehr schnell reserviert und es geht sehr hektisch zu. Das Servicepersonal wirkt sehr unorganisiert.Das Frhstück ist exzellent. Nur insgesamt müsste das Hotel mal rundum erneuert werden. Es sei denn, man liebt den Vintage Style. Zimmer war gemütlich, jedoch waren nachts im Dach ständig Tiere unterwegs (Mäuse etc.) Dadurch war der Schlaf sehr beeinträchtigt

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. We had a delicious dinner with gorgeous views. Couldn't recommend it more.
