Clean room, great coffee machine at desk, friendly staff, nice grounds, breakfast was good and the hot tub and pool were a nice bonus. Close to everything

Very nice place to stay and in a great location, but overpriced compared to similar properties.

Contrary to the sales pitch the rooms come with no views, and look directly into the building next door. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The front desk staff is arrogant and obnoxious. The surrounding area is limited as to items of interest.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties and freshness. We enjoyed our stay so well.

Well appointed room with lots of room and a comfortable bed. A large balcony had a partial ocean view where we could watch the Quadra ferry come and go. The door to the balcony had a good seal and we could not hear any outside noise once it was closed. My only issue was that although check in time was listed as 3 pm, the room was not ready and we had to wait for about half an hour. The included breakfast had a good variety of choices.

Great place overall - good room, breakfast, pool & hottub. Staff was esp friendly with Ashley at front desk going extra mile for our reservation change & the chipper chap in the morning

The rooms were quite clean with very friendly staff. I would’ve loved to have had some yogurt at breakfast but did not see any. I did not go into the hot tub although I did do the treadmill and I very much enjoyed that! Overall, great stay!

The pool area was dirty. With ants.

Room was spacious and clean. Decent breakfast and had a pool that the kids loved.

Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was good, started to repeat by 3rd day. Clean rooms, good to have non smoking and no pet room for those with allergies to pets.
