휴가 시즌에 만족하다

2018년부터 핫야이에 와서 올해는 같은 호텔에 묵었습니다. 오전 9시 이후에 호텔에 도착해서 짐을 맡기고 오후 2시에 체크인하려고 했는데, 직원들이 바로 체크인을 해주어서 놀랐습니다. 직원들이 친절하게 도와주셔서 여권을 보관해 줬고, 보증금은 따로 내지 않아도 되었습니다. 객실과 화장실은 넓었지만 칫솔과 치약은 직접 챙겨야 했습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 위치가 좋고, 리 가든까지 걸어서 5분밖에 걸리지 않습니다.

리셉션 직원은 친절하고 다정했습니다.

접수원이 친절하지 않아요.. 접수 카운터의 감독관인 것 같아요.. 매우 오만해요

컬러호텔이 너무 좋았고 시내 중심지에 가까워요.

가격에 비해 모든 게 괜찮았는데, 리셉션 직원이 무례하고 불친절한 게 한 명 있었습니다.

호텔은 붐비지 않고, 이 지역은 도심과 그리 멀지 않습니다.

호텔은 깨끗하고 관광지와 가깝습니다. 밤에는 쉽게 돌아다니며 음식을 살 수 있습니다.

This accommodation is very clean and comfort. The location close to Lee Gardens Plaza , Odean and minimarket like 7/11, easy to find local food, drink and snacks. This hotel is perfect for family and also a group of family for shopping and culinary. I will stay in this hotel again for the next trip in Hatyai.

Saya stay 2 malam. Bilik hotel luas. Tapi bunyi tandas diflush kedengaran shingga menganggu tidur. Bunyi orang bersembang dari bilik sebelah juga jelas. Iron tidak ada disediakan di hotel. Staf lelaki yang jaga pintu amat friendly.

Overall is good, room is clean and spacious. The bad thing is that the room is not good in sound proof.

I had an unpleasant experience during our check out. The receptionist in charge is impolite and rude. She accused me of opening up the mineral water in the fridge. The bottle is still full and is not open. She said the bottle is slightly open and asking me to pay for it. I told her it could be from the previous customer which they do not check the minibar everyday. I don't even open up the fridge to see whats inside. The bottle is only cost 20bath which is not costly. The problem is she behave terrible and a have a very bad customer service. Should not be working at front desk.

Clean and comfort, but sound proof need to be improve.

Overall good except for bad sound proof and super slow Internet speed.

Clean and comfortable. Suitable for family with small kids. Easy check in and check out. But there’s no iron provided.

Pro. Very nice hotel. Very strategic place. Near muslim food & shopping centre. Family with young children. Con. No kettel & iron. Don't take mineral water in freeze because after your check out will be charge.
