The only glitch is that as an hotel there should have someone who is good in spoken English since Tateyama Alpine route is getting popular with foreign tourists. And, we were not informed or adequately adviced on the Bath Tax being charged when we checked out. There were no Bath Tax being charged at Kurobe Hotel, Unazukionsen before coming to Hotel Morinokaze. Overall the hotel is good except for the above minor setback.
