Very friendly staff. Rooms were a good size.

El restaurante delicioso, el servicio muy amable, tranquilo, limpio, cómodo. Lo recomiendo muchisimo!! El personal de recepción super amable asi como los meseros del restaurante.

Hôtel agréable avec un charme désuet. Il mériterait un peu petit coup de rénovation. Cet hôtel est bien placé, au calme et le personnel est souriant.

Room was clean. Breakfast ok, not great.

Stay away during the summer times. Rooms so warm a window must be opened but then, you get the super bright and super powerful parking lights!!! No sleep was had that horrible night

Very clean rooms. Good continental breakfast. A lot of amenities to keep kids occupied. Would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and welcoming staff . Breakfast often ran out and had to wait to be replenished and croissants often ran out . Nice room and great to be able to use spa - staff at spa lovely too Anne x

A very restful night in a cosy bed and quiet room. Very peaceful location, 20 min walk into Ballina for lots of nice bars and restaurants. The leisure centre was small but very welcome after a day out hiking. Nice breakfast, didn’t have food in the bar but it looked nice too.

Lovely property but getting to rooms difficult and very small elevator. Asked for help with luggage and all he did was bring up trolley. We are 4 seniors. Dinner in hotel lovely but need more experienced help. She was only about 16 and couldn’t answer any questions nor figure out how to do two bills. A hotel of this quality needs better staff

We always feel at home in the Twin Trees - formerly the Downhill - and have been staying there for many years. It is good value for money, the staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a warm familiarity- the pool is a great bonus. We can make our own of it whilst we are there. Is the decor a little tired and dated? Yes. But it’s clean, welcoming and easy to relax in with lovely staff.

Hôtel à 5min en voiture du centre de Ballina avec parking. Petit plus pour la salle de sport/sauna/piscine comprise dans le prix de l'hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner. Un personnel vraiment adorable et aux petits soins, l'accueil chaleureux des irlandais ! Chambre spacieuse et confort

Lovely Hotel which met our needs. Sadly didn't have time to use the leisure activities. Had a full Breakfast both days. Slept well. Polite helpful staff.

On day 1 I flagged that the bath was leaking into the hall. Put down towels

Overall the hotel was tired and needed some work to bring it back to life. Staff just so lovely though.
