전체 평가 및 리뷰 Smy Lisboa

리스본을 다시 간다면 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 주변이 깨끗하고 안전했습니다. 중심가와 다소 거리가 떨어져 있긴 했지만 충분히 운동삼아 걸을만 했구요. 피곤하면 우버를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 식사도 참 좋았구요, 직원도 친절하고 모두 만족했습니다. 잘 관리되는 주차장이 호텔인근이었고 차를 세울때는 직원의 안내를 받아 직접 차를 세웠지만, 체크아웃할 때는 호텔까지 직원이 차를 갖다주어 좋았습니다. 청결하고 모든 면에서 만족한 호텔이었습니다.

Great breakfast. Kind staff.

Great stay (5 days 4 nights)for the family of 2 adults and 2 children for 2 double bedrooms. Approx. 10 mins walk away from Eduardo VII Park with big LISBOA sign with lots of tourist stop by and grab pictures. Just south of the park (add another 5mins walk) is the Marques De Pombal Square if you decide to take the Hop on and Hop off buses to get to the tourist spots around Lisbon or public transport. Hotel close by hypermarket/grocery Pingo Doce 6-10mins approx walk. Both rooms were clean and replenished/tidied when requested. Breakfast and restaurant staff were great, HOWEVER staying 5 days seems appalling like the hot protein meals were the same like sauage and scrambled eggs which can be a turn off for others, strongly suggest get them rotated every other day. Fruits, pastries and hot vegetable were alternated. Hot cafes were soothingly nice. Overall decent stay, thank you SMY.

Muy buen hotel! Céntrico, el servicio y la habitación muy cómoda! Muy muy positivo: todo el kit q le dejan a unos en el baño! 100 puntos por eso! No dejen de hacerlo!

Let us check in early and accommodated us when they saw we had a toddler

Highly recommend Smy Lisboa.

Everything is very nice, the staff, the food. The hotel is clean and everything works well….except the reception manager they hired recently, because we stay in this hotel already 5 or 6 times. Oh ….. she is rude and not nice at all. It seams that she is boss of reception, but should not be really working with people at all. Just to identify her, she is middle age lady sitting at the back of reception, has very dark dyed hair and bright red lipstick. Now all reception staff and restaurant staff are nice and kind.

I stayed at the hotel in order to attend a local concert. It was a clean safe place to stay however the headboards in the room were worn out and looked filthy. It was a vinyl that had been rubbed off by previous guests. I was annoyed every time that I looked at it. The breakfast service when I originally booked the room as a single person was set at a price of 29euros which I felt was excessive for one guest. The hotel should offer an option for solo travelers to buy a single breakfast. I later had a friend join me and we found that 29 euros would be reasonable for 2 guests. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am which felt early having been at the concert the night before. We had asked for late check out when we returned to the hotel at 1am and were told it was not available. I would have appreciated another hour to sleep before housekeeping knocked.

Vad a very pleasant two day stay. Big and clean hotel rooom and good service. Even got an unexpected gift on my birthday.

Would prefer to have washcloths

Merkeze uzak

Great modern hotel in Lisbon, with friendly staff and excellent service. Rooms are comfortable, with firm beds. We couldn't hear any noise from the street, which was great after a long day of business. The only caveat, there are not a lot of restaurant options nearby.

Hotel MARAVILHOSO, tudo excelente, não tenho nada a reclamar. Quarto espaçoso, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, funcionários super atenciosos. Fizemos a reserva com meia pensão e valeu muito a pena, café da manhã variado e jantar saboroso.

Value for money

I think the receptionist made perfect impression of hotel upon and during my stay here. There were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel however does need to go under lot of repairs as things weren't as they seem. Location was uphill from Metro,though bus connections are available. There are local shops and bakery within 5 munutes walking distance which is a great plus. The breakfast menu was good where as half boarding was disappointing but that maybe due to the fact I overslept during dinner.

Já me hospedei duas vezes nesse hotel e em próximas viagens à Lisboa se possível ficarei novamente no Smy! Hotel muito bom, moderno, limpo, localizado numa região segura, próxima a maioria dos pontos importantes. O hotel é muito bom e atende a pessoas mais exigentes! Podem reservar sem medo de errar!

Ist ein schönes 4*Hotel, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und die Betten sind gut zum schlafen.... Vom Hotel kann man mit dem Bus und der Straßenbahn 24 in die Altstadt fahren.... Zur U-Bahn benötig man ca 10 Minuten . Leider hört man die Flugzeuge beim Landeanflug oder Starten,das es ja ein Cityflughafen ist . Das Zimmer Deluxe mit Balkon ist von der Größe in Ordnung,nur der Teppich könnte mal erneuert werden.
