버스터미널에서 이동하기 편안한 위치이고, 웬만한 비지니스호텔급보다 청결하고 시설이 좋았습니다. 너무 중심지가 아니라 저녁에 소음없이 안락했습니다. 다음에 스플리트 재방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

The location is perfect and room is also cozy

너무 좁고, View Point가 전혀 없으며, 주변 소음이 심함. 좋은점은 관광지 접근성이 우수함

전날 비밀가격이며, old town 에서 0.3km 라고해서 무작정 예약 했는데, 도착 해서, 기대 이상일뿐만 아나라 정말 훌륭한 룸이였습니다. 모든것이 새것처럼 보였는데, 리노베이션한지 1년 되었다고 합니다. 버스역에서는 15분 정도 걸어야 하지만, old town은 길만 건너면 바로 하나의 게이트로 연결됩니다. 정말 100점 만점에 200점 입니다!!

룸의 상태 청결도 / 직원의 친절함 등은 굉장히 좋지만, 처음 체크인을 위해 호텔을 찾을때 쉽게 찾기 어렵고 직원에게 연락을 따로해서 어렵게 찾을 수 있었다는 점이 마이너스 처음 가는 사람들은 절대 한번에 찾지 못할 것으로 생각됨. 건물 하나가 호텔이 아니라 건물중에 한 층만 호텔로 사용하고있어서 로비가 따로 없다... 하지만 전화를하고 직원을 만나고나서 부터는.. 직원의 친절함에 다른 부분이 다 용서가 될 정도?? 모쪼록 있는 동안 체크인 할때 빼고는 편안하게 머무를수있었다

오래된 건물 3층에 있어 계단으로 올라가야 하는 점, 구시가지 옆일 주차장이 없어 별도 공영 주차장 에 100M 이상 가야 되고 별도 주차비다 126 kuna 나온 저믕ㄹ 제외하면 친절한 Jan 의 도움과 좋은 시설로 만족

Very comfortable

This location is in a great location. Step outside and there’s immediate shopping and dining. A bus and Uber hub is also right outside the door.

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace and the privacy. The location was near all points of interests, the sea, restaurants and transportation.We felt safe at all hours. The concierge was available via Whatsapp very promptly and kindly helped us at odd hours when we lost our room card. The rooms are in an old building with stairs. If you have mobility issues or prefer a hotel per se, you might want to take this into consideration. We enjoyed our stay.

Cleaned, comfortable, nice terrace, jacuzzi. Telephone contact very nice. The best I have found in all my Croatia tour for 3 week. Try it!!! Best regards Alessandro

Very nice, well located place for a great price.

Location and space was perfect. We were allowed late check out without problems. Coming late at night without bottled water in the room was minus, but made it up with 1 extra hour for late check out. We would come back again

Vi bodde bara en natt (enligt plan). Våningen ligger perfekt, nära till allt men ändå hörs inget ljud på nätterna! Superfint skick. Vi hade missat att man ska meddela sin ankomst för det finns ingen reception, men det löste sig. Däremot ville boendet ha en extra avgift på 10 EUR för städning som jag ifrågasatte lite utan framgång. Enligt min åsikt borde det ingå eller man borde i alla fall bli upplyst om det vid bokning.

Convenient location. Walking distance to main tourist points. Guest is spacious, clean with full facilities. Easy check-in and check-out process. Only drawback is the need to climb flight of stairs to access guest rooms on 2/F of the building.

The room was very nice and a great rate. Its location was great. The outside doesn't look like much, but being so centrally located was the way to go. The only drawback would be carrying your luggage upstairs. I would absolutely stay again.

Lovely spacious apartment that is perfectly located to explore the old town. We were a couple staying in the Deluxe Double and it was perfect for our needs. There are no views from the spacious balcony but it was pleasant to sit out on an evening. My only addition would be a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to music.
