El desayuno frío, te mandan a calentarlo a un micro...sin nombres de que son los guisos, el jugo sabía feo y los alimentos sin sazón. El estacionmiento tiene unos radios de giro mal pensados, complicado salir y entrar. Las rampas muy empinadas porque no tuvo buena planeación arquitectónica

Bien ubicado, la habitación estaba muy cómoda, amplia y limpia. El personal fue muy amable y me ayudaron mucho en conseguirme transporte aún en la lluvia. Hay café y máquinas expendedoras. Lo único que no me encantó fue el desayuno, no está malo pero tampoco está rico. En general me pareció un buen lugar para descansar

Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town

Holiday Inn Express Pachuca by IHG is a solid hotel overall. The property is clean, and the staff is attentive and courteous. Onsite parking is available, which is very convenient for guests arriving by car. There are a few details that could be improved. The ice machine works, but it has an “out of order” sign on it. When I mentioned this at the front desk, I was told the sign is meant to keep children away, but in practice it discourages all guests from using it. Another small but noticeable issue is that the envelopes used for the room key cards are reused many times, to the point that they look quite worn. My running joke was that the hotel seems to have an emotional attachment to a piece of paper. Guests are also provided with only one key card, and there is a charge if it is lost. Overall, it is a good and reliable option, but a bit more attention to these details would improve the guest experience.
