We had a wonderful stay. From the efficient check in with friendly staff until we departed everything was first class. Highly recommended.

I didn’t feel this resort delivered the experience it promises as you arrive. The reception area is lovely. The room was pleasant and the balcony large but the bathroom felt tired. The staff were kind to replace my comp red wine with white which I appreciated. I didn’t feel the staff promoted the facilities. The pool bar staff waited for you to approach them. It was mentioned in passing that the beach was through the sister hotel but no sign posts to tell you how to get there. The breakfast area had a cafeteria feel. The bus timetable placed at reception was a waste of time as most guests wouldn’t want to trudge down the long drive to the bus stop, a courtesy shuttle to Lindos or the bus stop once or twice a day would be a nice idea. I wasn’t offered a late check out despite my case not being collected from my room until I arrived at reception. This is promoted on the company site. No mention is made on line of the huge amount of steps at the resort which would be very difficult for people with health issues. In all I didn’t feel the hotel went the extra mile

I thought it was a 5 star... it was not. The room itself was fine but the bathroom needs work. Must have plumbing issues as the bathroom (before being used) stinks. Sitting on the toilet is a tight squeeze because the sink is in the way. No towel racks or toilet paper holder..? Shower head is built for people under 5' 7". 2€ for using more than 2 nespresso pods. Staff were nice and friendly lobby was very fancy.

Perfekte Lage, tolle Aussicht, sehr schöner Strand mit gemütlichen Liegen!

Mittelmässiges Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, qualitativ gutes Frühstück + Abendessen, die Massagen sind toll und erholend. Leider wird das Hotel kaum gewartet, es hat viel kaputtes, das nicht repariert wird (lose Bodenplatten auf den internen Gehwegen, kaputte Glühbirnen im Speisesaal, defekte Düsen beim Whirlpool, Platten im Aussenpool lösen sich, kaputter Vorhang im Schlafzimmer, Lavabos funktionieren nicht, Dusch-/ Strandtücher mit Flecken). Schöner Strandbereich mit kostenlosen Liegen/ Somnenschirmen, Kiesstrand, gemischt mit den Gästen der anderen Hotels (auch Familien mit Kinder). Am Strand täglich Unterhaltung durch Unterhaltungsteam/ Musik des anderen Hotels. Am Abend hörte man immer die musikale Unterhaltung vom Nebenhotel (Kinder).

Lovely hotel, great staff. Not a walking distance from downtown Lindos or restaurants in general so requires a car or daily use of taxis

Ottima posizione. Camera spaziosa e personale gentile e pronto a supportare velocemente ogni richiesta. Colazione molto varia sia come dolce che salata. Da migliorare: pulizia un po' troppo approssimativa, bagno con rubinetteria non degno di una struttura di questo livello e parcheggio auto

Excellent staff, clean and well-run hotel. The buildings are a little bit dated but everything was well functioning. Overall price performance is excellent.

It was a nice stay, but be careful with the bar and paying straight away and don't start tabs or add to room. We were over charged a few times and misteriously drinks added to room that was not us. Be very careful

De All In was niet ok. Het hotel ging de dag na ons vertrek sluiten. Het buffet was dus niet meer vanaf dag 4. Alleen nog een beperkte kaart, we hadden de keus moeten krijgen. We hebben nu voor 4 dagen veel moeten betalen. De laatste dag hebben ze ons in een zuster hotel laten eten. Hadden ze direct moeten doen. En nog een min puntje, het kraan water was heel zout, dus in de koffie, in de ijsblokken,

Tolles Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch ist das Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Das Abendessenessen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Room outdated , needs renovation and AC not cold

Air condition virkede ikke i to dage, da de fik den i gang igen fandt vi mug i den, efter vi begge var begyndt at hoste en del. Personalet var ikke særlig hjælpsomme og vi skiftede hotel (fik ikke refusion af hotellet - dog hjalp Hotels.com). Svarer ikke til et 5-stjernet hotel, nærmere et fint 3-stjernet.

This property is a 3* at best not a 5*. The rooms were not clean and on arrival we had to request to clean them. The beach towels provided were also stained However, the staff (especially reception/front desk) were anmazing and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Wonderful service and staff! Lovely setting. Tasty, fresh food. We enjoyed every part of our stay. The only downside was the air conditioning in the rooms. Other than that, I highly recommend this resort. Thank you so much x

The food and staff was excellent. The rooms are lovely and the panoramic view is very good. Location is great for both Lindos and Rhodes town with bus services to each town. The sun beds are very comfortable and the pool is a great size and temperature. They sometimes ran out of some drinks at the pool bar. The air con did not work in our first room but they moved us the next day. The water was off a few times but we always managed to get a shower at the end of the day. It did take 7 days to get hot water from our sink tap but that didn’t stop us enjoying our stay. Temperatures were over 40 degree on several days during our stay and so were extreme for the time of year.
