친절한 호텔 직원, 깨끗하고 넓은 객실, 전략적인 위치

리셉션 직원들은 훌륭하고 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 방은 편안했지만 개미가 있었는데, 적어도 일주일에 한 번 정도 방역을 했으면 막을 수 있었을 것 같습니다. 하지만 제가 이 문제에 대해 언급했을 때 직원들이 신속하게 조치를 취해 주었습니다. 다시 한번 말씀드리지만 리셉션 직원들은 훌륭했습니다. 체크인 전과 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길 수 있었고, 음식도 냉장고에 보관할 수 있었습니다. 가능하다면 욕실에 모기장을 치는 것을 추천합니다. 방이 조용했으면 좋았을 텐데, 아쉽게도 직원 휴게실 바로 옆이었는데, 직원들이 아침부터 문을 자주 열어놓고 소리를 지르고 영상 통화나 전화 통화를 큰 소리로 들었습니다. 조용할 때 사람들이 좋아할 수 있다는 점을 명심하세요. 직원들이 쉴 공간이 없다면 객실 옆이 아닌 다른 곳에 쉴 공간을 마련하는 것이 좋습니다. 제가 도착했을 때 샤워 호스도 고장이 났습니다. 핸드샤워를 사용하려면 호스가 모두 고장 나서 고무를 잡을 수밖에 없었습니다. 욕실을 주의 깊게 살펴보세요.

Location of the hotel is smack at city center, nearby a lot of famous eateries the renovation of the hotel seems very classic style, the elevator is also old style but the room is spacious and the water pressure is good. They put a piece of glass to segregate the shower and the toilet bowl to prevent it from getting wet which is thoughtful. There are free parking available at the back of the hotel but very limited so better to download park@perak app to park at public parking. The downside is it gets very noisy at the middle of the night for no reason overall satisfied but not great.

The staff very helpful & friendly. They can give u recommendations for places to go & eat. The room clean, tidy & big. Overall everything was awesome!

Excellent location near to town center

I have a pleasant stay in D Eastern hotel.

Very big room and good facilities. But the toilet is rather dirty (a lot of grains of sand on the floor). The receptionists have good service mind and kindly help us.

1. They don't clean my room. The room is left undone. 2. My things left by the closet are not recovered. They promised to call back but never.

Aircon too noisy until I cant sleep but very cool, room big.

Room is very dirty, very dusty. location is walking distance to the nigh market. hotel local at the traffic light junction so is noisy. the good thing is room is big, spaces. the bed is comfortable. suitable for people just back for rest. a so so hotel.

Cukup luas kamarnya. Pelayanan bagus. Inti kota. Dekat dengan pusat belanja.
