Staff very unprofessional, except for one guy that worked that check us in. Not worth any money to be assaulted to watch hotel employees insult you in front of your face

It’s ok it’s an extended stay hotel. This one has been remodeled recently so it’s an OK shape. As a bed stove, tops refrigerator, TV shower kind of expensive but it’s OK.

Clean room, helpful staff, good location. Next to a great BBQ place

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked a queen bed and they put us with a full bed without saying anything. On the second day, the fire alarm started going off, and did that two more times that day, at 2am and at 3am. Each time, we had to evacuate and wait outside for 15-20 minutes for the fire department to arrive and clear the building. We finally just left and went home early after the third fire alarm so we could get some sleep.

Easy stay, needed a quick sleep before the airport. Did the job, checking out at 5am was confusing though, oh well.

New construction area. Convenient

There were human hairs (not the head kind either) on one of the queen beds. The room smelled like urine. The linen was itchy and I wasn't sure if it was me or bed bugs or what. This was a quick emergency stay while our AC was out. Fortunately we only had to stay one night for that. The front desk personnel were polite. They definitely need to follow-up and have a discussion with the cleaners they pay though.

It was a wonderful stay but the room wasn’t very inviting.

Smoke smell in non smoking room. No iron or body wash or kitchen utensils. Crowd a bit scary sometimes. Early cancellation was supposed to be one extra day charge but after bad experience, left early and was charged for 2 extra days. Not a happy experience here.

That place is dirty.

The accommodations were wrong. The facility changed my accommodations without notifying me. They did not reduce the price because a double bed is cheaper than 2 double beds. There was only 1 pillow on the bed. The room was dated. The room needed to be aired out

The staff were very nice. Computers were down when I arrived so check in took at least 20 minutes. Toilet wasn’t working but they did come to fix it within an hour. Shower head was broken

hotel was not pet friendly - tried to charge for more than 2 towels for a 3 day stay - did not receive any of the " deposit " for the pet back - we were told it was as flat fee - there was a device in the room that was making noises all night ( was not the fire alarm) - the staff were extremely rude - entire building smelt of mamajuana

Will never stay here again will not recommend to anyone
