I love the location and rooftop pool/hot tub but the quality of the simple things like toilet paper that was so cheap it felt like sandpaper, cheap less than dollar store paper towel, and watered down dish soap was unappealing coupled with black mold in the shower.

Clean room and a fantastic location.

This hotel is fantastic. They offer huge clean rooms with a water view and a rooftop pool and 3 hot tubs open all year from 6am-11pm. The staff are also fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great except we arrived early (11 am) and let the front desk know we’d love to pay to get in early- he said he’d text us when the room was ready- we got back at 3:30 and it was a new guy who checked at 3:45 and our room was finally ready- they also said no late check out which we’re not used to - the front desk guy told us Sunday is the busiest day for check in - we were there until 5 and there were not many people checking in

Immaculate room with lovely view over park and waterfall. Cozy bed with nice linens. Spotless bathrooms. Nice kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge!! Don’t let the lobby fool you. This place is extremely nice and great value for the money.

The room was amazing. The hot tub and pool on the roof were wonderful.

Spacious, clean suite. Perfect for families. The pool is awesome. Our only complaint would be that the TVs didn't work most of the time and the staff was unable to figure them out either for us.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was spotless.

The room was excellent. The master bed is always so comfortable and the pillows are like clouds. We enjoyed all the amenities of the pool and gym and hot tub which were all wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We will be back again.
