좋은 숙박이었습니다. 다른 분들을 위해 말씀드리자면, 예약 플랫폼에 명시된 것 외에 가족이 더 있는 경우, 1인당 RM60의 추가 요금이 있습니다. 그리고 밤에 13층에서 사진을 찍는 것을 잊지 마세요. 그만한 가치가 있습니다🌿

제 경험으로는, 보안에 도착한 순간부터 주차장, 로비의 체크인 카운터, 버기 운전사, 커피 하우스(웨이터, 호스트, 거기에 있는 모든 사람), 체크아웃 카운터, 그리고 문에 있는 사람들까지 직원들이 모두 매우 친절하고, 도움이 되며, 친절했습니다. 서비스는 빠르고 효율적이었습니다. 호텔 주변 환경이 편안했습니다. 휠체어를 타는 어머니를 데리고 갔는데, 운전사들이 버기 위아래로 오르내리는 어머니를 다루도록 도와주었습니다. 저를 많이 안심시켜 주었습니다. 정말 감사합니다. 넓은 객실이 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 객실에 수영장이 있어서 좋았습니다. 좋았습니다.:)

예약하는 데 문제가 있었어요. 마을에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있었나 봐요.

We stayed at Skyvilla with Private Pool. The room is very spacious with complete amenities. The food was good and so many options. Love the place very much.

Room is spacious and clean. In house food not so fantastic. Tried the Japanese restaurant, also not as what I expected. Location is good to relax in quite environment. Kid enjoyed because always taking the buggy to go in and out the room. The facilities like the children playground inside the hotel is need to pay, which is I quite surprise. My son played alone, the other family with more than 1 kid changed their mind because they reluctant to pay. I stayed in different 5 star hotels and this is first time for me to pay the facilities inside the hotel. All others hotel let the kids play inside the hotel playground for free. We didn't explore the outdoor water activities, the outdoor activities are need to pay but its normal. We were too tired to explore as only stay for 1 night and we reach the hotel quite late.

Really enjoyed my holiday here with my family. Luckily we stayed in the tower block cause we could get more privacy when swim in the pool. The breakfast also very good with various choices for breakfast. Got some problem with the pool that night, but they sent the technician really fast to solve. Just hope the management will put some fragrance in room cause the smell was not good when we entered. Overall, it is a recommended place to enjoy your holiday.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sangat best untuk percutian bersama keluarga

Staff nya tidak ramah, sombong. Padahal hotel semahal ini seharusnya punya staf yang baik.

Pelayanan karyawan sangat sombong, 2 orang karyawan. Satu karyawan penjaga pintu masuk, satunya karyawan pada carter taxi.

Sesuai untuk pasangan yang baru berkahwin dan yang berkeluarga kecil.

Kami mendapat pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan. Saat mau check out, Mama Mertua saya yang berumur 84 tahun jatuh di kamar, dokter dan tim dari hotel datang periksa dan dengan penuh kesabaran membopong beliau dari posisi terjatuh hingga bawa ke mobil. Tim juga membantu kami check out dengan mudah untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan kami membawa Mama ke rumah sakit di KL. Kamar yang di berikan sangat bersih dan bagus dengan view langsung menghadap laut. Terima kasih banyak Lexis Hibistus. Kami pasti akan berkunjung lagi ke sini. Keluarga Halim dari Indonesia. 🙏.

Bilik besar, luas. Dengan pool yang sederhana luas. Anak-anak sangat seronok. Tapi bilik agak kurang bersih, ada semut. Breakfast ok je, ada variety..ada slot masa kne book. Pantai dekat, sebelah je. Naik buggy dari bilik ke main front, and boleh jalan terus ke pantai. Banyak aktiviti. Apa-apa pun, sebab pool dalam bilik, anak-anak mandi smpai puas. Puas hatila

It's a great location for staycation. We booked the room one month prior during the state across ban (rate was cheaper than current rate) and we checked in within the first week of the across state ban lifted. It's crowded and worry some when we arrived at the lobby, fortunately the hotel staffs already there to assist us to comply with the SOP. The breakfast is delicious. The room is spacious for more than 4 people. The beds is comfortable. The Sky Pool room provided more privacy compared to Executive and Panorama rooms as we all can watch all hibiscus rooms from tower block.

Beautiful places. If wanna view the sea, choose Panorama. The hotel very clean. We are happy. Next time wanna go again. 😍

I was in the room always problem with electrical. Can’t use fon to call buggy car it’s was difficult to lobby.

There was a long queue waiting to check in at 3.30pm. The whole process of filling the form, queuing and getting to check in took about almost an hour. The room that I was given the chain lock was not in the correct position therefore it was unable to be used. The corners of the room was dusty. I can see dust hanging on top at the sides while I was lying down on the bed. I was pretty disappointed, wasn't in the mood to take any photos. I regret not taking any pictures of the condition of the room. Should have taken them and share it. I was looking forward to a luxurious stay but it didn't turn out that great after all. If you are travelling with young kids, the kids will definitely enjoy the private pool facility.
