The resort is nice and feels exclusive with only few deluxe rooms. However there were big dogs loitering around the resort. Not suitable for OKU to stay too. Advisable to buy and bring your meal back to the resort. The rooms are much further then you can imagine 😅

Hotel ini ok, semua bagus. Tempat pun ok. Cuma kena turun tangga sikit.

Pros: This place is perfect for relaxation as it is very quiet and peaceful. The TV can connect to USB and VGA on laptop, which is a plus. There is also a BBQ pit that can be rented for an enjoyable gathering and meal. Cons: The water heater is not hot enough, so it is freezing to shower especially when it is cold enough at Kundasang. There are also some small flying insects if you leave your windows open maybe because it is located on the mountain and close to the jungle. It is also not like a resort you are expecting, it is just normal. Overall, this place is good for relaxing and sleeping. There isn't anything to do besides watching TV and relaxing.

Kondisi biliknya biasa saja. Pintu bilik senang dibuka orang luar. tekanan air rendah. bising di tengah malam mengganggu tidur. Please prefer other shalet.

I am very satisfied & pleased with the accommodation provided. I like the scenery and it's cold. Next time I will book again.

Suasana dan pemandangan cantik, cuma laluan jalan ke bilik perlu melalui tangga yang tinggi, kawasan di lereng bukit, xsesuai untuk orang tua/oku dan banyak anjing berkeliaran n masuk ke kawasan beranda kalau ada makanan.

Basic room with basic amenities. Absolutely satisfying with the rates offered. Be prepared to climb up and down the stairs with your luggage. Many staircase and the room didn't have closet. Overall it's a good stay except for the stairs. The bathroom cleanliness can be better.

The room looks exactly like the pictures but be ready to climb down the stairs and I mean it! Good to tone up your muscles.

Not suitable to an older people as the room was downhills. I came with my parents, they need to take their time to climb up the stairs to the parking. There is no mirror in the room, no slippers as the floor is so cold. The dustbin were just in the toilet and outside, no space to put an open soap. The water heater not doing well. The garden, cats and dog are doing fine.

Hotel bersih dan memuaskan. Staff pun peramah. Cuma kalau bole letak bumbung pada semua tangga. Sbb kebetulan masa datang hari tu ujan lebat dan bilik pula jauh kat bawah. Sepanjang pejalanan nak ke bilik tu tangga tak de bumbung. Tapi tempat memang memuaskan. Nanti nak datang lagi 😊

There is a good place, good vibe in Kota Kinabalu. So cleaness. It's near Kinabalu national park. But no room service there, you have to find something to eat before check in here. And many step to the room, a little inconvinience if you have a big luggage.

room is big enough everythg is fine but the windows need mosquitos netting, as we like to open a little, to get cold breeze.
