Good environment and room, but however sound insulation is not good.

Both plugged can’t use. So what’s the point of having it? I need to charge my phone using my powerbank lol

Bilik sangat luas dan bersih. Dekat dengan AEON. Kedai makan pon banyak dekat dengan hotel nie. Harge pon oke. Servis dan layanan pon memuaskan. Sangat recommended.

Depan persis aeon mal, mudah dan cepat kemana-mana. Kamar hotel juga bersih walau kecil.

즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 깨끗했습니다. 객실과 욕실이 넓었습니다. 조용한 지역입니다. 이온 몰 맞은편에 있습니다. 존커 스트리트까지 가려면 그랩을 타야 합니다. 요금은 편도 5링깃입니다. 말라카에서 그랩은 매우 효율적입니다. 기다릴 필요가 거의 없습니다. 이 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 그 외에는 다 좋았습니다.

Sangat selesa, cuma bantal sahaja lembik. Tq.

Disadvantages: 1. Cleanliness should be more improve. Found a lots of dust at all the corner or even table as well. make my skin feel itchy. 2. Dint provide those basic needed supplies such as toilet paper/tissue. (I thought the cleaner forget to refill and request for its, but also dun have.) 3. No lift at the building. Suitable for backpacker but not who bring along luggage. 4. The room keeper who a bit rude. Keep open and closed those empty room door with super vigorously at the early morning, that was very annoying 5. Sound insulation very bad. Advantages: 1. Receptionist was friendly and helpful 2. Full of design corner 3. A lots of Parking lots 4. Location quite good (just opposite aeon and few mamak).

A lovely hotel which worth the price and located strategically.

So much better than the room.we got previously and more spacious too. Away from the bustling road sounds with room without windows.

I've always booked at JW whenever I visit Malacca... at least 3-6 times a year. However this time our room 13 was facing the main road where you can see Aeon and across the supplies room. There were noisy motorists speeding from 12am to 3am... I fell asleep at 3am onwards. Supplies room is noisy in the day.

Perhiasan bilik semua cantik, cuma kalau boleh siapkan cermin panjang di ruang luar bilik air juga.
