Lovely place for a base to sleep

Very pleasant would stay again

Lovely clean and comfortable room and well thought out. Set around a quiet courtyard and so much nicer than a typical hotel and noisy corridors. ideal place for a short break and exploring the area. Really nice rural setting but easy to find. Good contact and check in instructions. I will definitely return and recommend.

Helpful upon arrival , quite and clean

Very good accommodation and the Maggie was so helpful as was the other lady( didn’t get her name) who came to ensure the outside light was on and to advise which lodge to book to suit my husband’s needs if we stay again.

We booked Newent lodges for one night as we needed to be in the area for an event. I have no particular comments to make either way- the room was tidy, had been made into a twin as requested and the bathroom was clean. That is all we required for this particular trip.

We have stayed here before and it is lovely comfortable accommodation. You receive a breakfast bag each day and the fridge is stocked with milk and water. There are also plenty of teabags, coffee and biscuits provided. You have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

I stay here most years for an event I attend nearby. The rooms are good value, clean and have everything I need. It is low hassle, quiet and I sleep well. Breakfast is very basic Fruit, pastry and cereal bar hung on the door the day before but suits me for an early start.

We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem!

Clean and comfortable room , the only negative for us was the noise from the water/ shower system and the lack of sound proofing between rooms.

Was as described, room only. Comfortable bed, acceptable bathroom. Came with coffee making facilities, fresh milk, orange juice and a couple of snacks for breakfast. All in all, as expected.
