비싸지만 숙소는 아주 좋습니다. 위치는 올드타운 한가운데라 여행하기도 너무너무 좋구여.

성 내에 위치해 있어서 관광하기에 매우 편합니다. 고려할 점이 있다면 길가 바로 옆이라 밤에 좀 시끄럽고 엘리베이터가 없어 캐리어를 들고 올라가야합니다.

매우 좋았어요. 하지만 두브로브니크는 식비가 비싸서 취사시설이 있는 곳이 좋을것 같아요. 그리고 싱글룸은 4층에 위치해있는데 캐리어 들고 올라가다 넘 힘들어서 잠시 귀가 안들렸어요 ㅋ 리셉션은 참 찾기 힘든곳에있어요. 결국못찾아서 왓츠앱으로 연락했어요. 일단 OYSTER&SUSHI BAR "BOTA"여기로 가세요. 근처에서 무료와이파이 잡혀요. 호텔 광고 하나보면 와이파이됩니다. 그리고 왓츠앱으로 연락해보세요.번호+385993431179 연락처에 저장하면 왓츠앱에 떠요. 그리고 문자보내보세요.

구시가 한복판에 있어 숙소에서 쉬기, 이동하기 아주 좋고 청결하나 좁은 계단과 주인을 만나기 어려운 문제가 있었음.

Flott beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale som var veldig behjelpelige. Bratt og smal trapp opp til rommet, men ikke noe problem for oss. Lydtette vinduer og god aircondition.

Comfortable and well-equipped room, big enough for solo travelers, hosted by helpful and accommodating host Nicolas. Very convenient location within the city walls, with to F&B venues, convenience stores, swimming spots, activities and tour pick up & drop off points within 15 minutes on foot. Some points for consideration: room is on the 4th floor with steep stairs and no elevators (stated during booking), the F&B are loud till past midnight and church bells ring every half an hour or so.

An absolute gem in the heart of Old Town – Perfect stay! We had a fantastic stay at Lumin Guesthouse and cannot recommend it enough! The Location & View The absolute biggest asset of this guesthouse is its strategic location. It offers a beautiful view right over the main street of Old Town Dubrovnik. It was the perfect base for exploring—we were able to visit all the major Dubrovnik Pass attractions and effortlessly pop back into the room for a quick break or reset between stops. To make things even more convenient, there is a pharmacy and a Tisak right across the street. The Room Our room was charming, spotless, and smelled wonderful. Having a small fridge in the room was incredibly useful. The shower had great water pressure, and the host provided soap and shampoo, which was a huge plus for us since airline liquid restrictions meant we couldn't pack our own. The Hospitality Nicolas was an incredible host. He was easily accessible and welcomed us with a wealth of excellent, tailored recommendations. What we appreciated most was his ability to anticipate our needs; we arrived in that classic mix of travel exhaustion and excitement, unable to even articulate what we wanted yet, and he knew exactly how to guide us. Perfect location, easy to come by buss from airport

Absolutely stunning guest house in the heart of Dubrovnik overlooking the stradum, One couldn’t stay in a more convenient location with absolutely everything being less than a ten min walk, Beautiful super clean,super modern guest house,rooms not huge but more than suitable, Ana the host-what an absolute diamond,a lovely woman who will go above and beyond with any inquiries one may have,, Any questions any problems Ana will look after you, Anyone thinking of booking the Lumin guest house-do it you won’t be disappointed 10/10

Great little guest house in a perfect location. Room was cute, small but had everything needed for our 2 night stay. Ana was lovely. Location was absolutely fantastic. Right in the center of the old town, overlooking the main street. Room could be noisy with windows open, but during the night if you pull the shutters completely closed and shut the windows, it was very quiet. Absolutely no complaints, would definitely return.

Pros: Very clean. Host replies to your msgs in a timely manner and will take the time to give suggestions about places to visit, eat, etc. The units face the Main Street of old town but once you close the window, you’ll barely hear any noise. Tap water is drinkable. Cons: The stairs are as described, very narrow. If we had a full size suitcase we wouldn’t’ve been able to go up. I could’ve done without the scent sprayed on the bed. If you’re the coffee and cream type, bring cream and sugar with you. Overall, excellent location and host.

The location and host were absolutely amazing. I loved the views of the city from my window and could walk everywhere. Ana gave me plenty of detailed information on check in and how to get transportation when I left. She even messaged me happy birthday when I was there! What an absolute gem. I only took one star off because of the noise level on the street. This is not the hosts issue but it was very noisy at night with people partying until about 3:30-4am every night. Just bring earplugs don’t be like me and forget.

The communication was terrible for check-in . Figured out how to access the keys for the building on our own due to the lack of communication with staff, which was stressful. The bed had mismatched sheets, pillow cases and bed spread. The flat sheet was threadbare and so thin you could see through it. I will say that it was centrally located and quiet considering the amount of noise surrounding the room.

Room was very cosy and in a very central location within the Old Town. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

Great- location! I felt like Disney’s Belle as I opened up my shutters and looked down upon Dubrovnik’s main thoroughfare- Stradun Street! This location can’t be beat, and Ana, the caretaker, was so attentive to all of my needs! Very clean. Beware- there are four floors for the five apartments. No elevator. Winding stairs (54 to the top, but who is counting?!) So anyone with health problems or a lot of luggage would need assistance. Also, it is difficult to find the location since its entrance is on the alley behind the Main Street. Plus, it is loud at night until after the bars close (thus the earplugs they leave for you!). But despite these concerns, I would stay here again for the amazing price and amazing location!!

Amazing small apartment directly in the Old Town. Ana was an amazing host, very nice and informative! The apartment was small but has everything you need, including a small fridge and an electric kettle. Towels and soap/shampoo etc. were also provided. Only downside is that since it's directly on the main street Stradun, it gets very loud at night, but we were provided ear plugs. Still, plenty of restaurants around, as well as shopping. Overall a wonderful stay and if you don't mind the noise, I'd totally recommend staying here ☺️

Pontos fortes: localização excelente (janela virada para a linda Stradun), limpeza, cama confortável, atendimento rápido quando foi necessario, kit de amenidades maravilhoso :-) Pontos de atenção: escada apertada e em espiral, muita atencao se vc precisar carregar mala pesada (risco de acidente); área do chuveiro apertada para quem é grande; algazarra de bares até madrugada (considere usar abafador de ouvido se tem dificuldade para dormir com barulho), quarto ideal para 1 viajante apenas. Eu AMEI a acomodação e espero ficar nela novamente se voltar a Dubrovnik. Obrigada por tudo! :-)

Such a great location, but probably gets noisy during the high-tourist season as my window was right on the main street of old town. The room was on the fifth floor. No elevator of course, but it wasn't bad at all. Communication was easy. I'd definitely stay again.
