Beautiful place to stay!

I love the experience i had cant wait to start my new life here thank you for the best experience of my life

We were there for my granddaughter's birthday. My wife had made a cake but needed to keep it refrigerated. We arrived before the check in time and were not sure if we would be allowed to use a refrigerator of the hotel's. They were super accommodating about this. All the staff are super, super, super happy and helpful. It's incredible.

It's a much bigger resort than I was expecting and a very good pool area, fire pits, smores in the evenings. You can also see the fireworks from there. Plus you get preferred passes into Dollywood and free parking.

We loved it SO much we put it on our list of places to visit EVERY year!

Very tranquil and fun place- but needs a bigger pool and a lazy river to be perfect!

Lovely hotel

Great hotel, my room was perfect for a family of 5. Convenient trolly to amusement parks.

Beautiful property. Love the photos of Dolly, all around. Best staff we came into contact with were: Male bartender at pool Thursday, Ladies serving lemonade, Servers at buffet both days, Lady at gift shop on Friday morning. .

It was a nice place but it seemed over priced for everything

Our stay was magic. The staff were incredible and so friendly.

From the moment of arrival the staff were friendly and attentive.

Everyone we interacted with was so warm and welcoming. The property is immaculate and everything is organized and clean. From check in to check out we enjoyed every minute. The time saver at Dollywood was outstanding and we look forward to coming back! Thank you for the great family memories!

My expectations for this resort lowered by the day. We stayed there for 6 days 5 nights. First off the adult bed is a hit or miss depending on which part of the mattress you lay on, the infant pack and play is a joke, cheap brand extremely uncomfortable. My baby did not like it and we were forced to co-bed share which was something I never wanted to do at this age. Pool water is not heated, very cold even on a mid 80 degree day. The menus are very short and taste is very bland. Not worth the price, we didnt realize we were al close to a strip of restaurants thay had better food for the same price or less. The thermostat in our room was "new" yet failed to shut off right away listen to our temp setting request and maintained the room extremely cold. Maintenance said its because it appears to not pick up all the temps throughout the room and maybe redirecting the vent direction to blow out air may help, it didn't. The resort itself is nice looking, staff is very friendly and welcoming. But I wouldn't stay here again, even the perks to enter the park early (not one ride was infant friendly even if met height requirement) and the shows if you go do not sit.in the first row.with an infant, better views for them from last row. Even the drinks offered at the resort were mediocre, drinks made out of powder, no fresh fruit to use for cocktails. This was our first vacation as a family of 3, very last minute booking and I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and rooms are cozy, comfortable and quiet. The grounds are immaculate!
