Amazing

Stay was average overall. Service was good but facilities and breakfast average at best

Very attentive staff both at checkin and kitchen. bfast included in room rate was excellent quality and lot of variety for both India and American cuisine. Location is very convenient.

The location to all the places I needed to go in Mumbai was near hence choose the hotel

Everything Breakfast great. Dhaba next to hotel excellent. Near shopping area for clothes, taxi readily available outside Road noise was the only bad thing even though I was on 5th floor

Positive: Breakfast, service was great. A/C good. Staff, service good. Negative; faucet needs repair, no exhaust in bathroom, Mirror stays foggy. Floor next to elevator not level with elevator and I tripped. Almost fell down. Net: Different room on different floor was OK. Inconsistent quality

Visitors are not even allowed to enter the rooms of the guest, very medevial mentality.

They were co-operative but I still have doubts that since I booked executive rooms whether they provided that ....initially for sure not and later May be.... We really need to ascertain the quality Thanks

I stayed for one day and one night. Excellent option for staying. Has all the required amenities. Room is comfortable and spacious enough for two. AC and other items were working as expected. Will definitely stay again if possible.

The only thing which was reasonably good was the live cooking of eggs during breakfast.

First and very imp is there is no space for parking They park our cars roadside at our own risk Staff not that friendly Breakfast is good but space is very congested Rooms are smaller Overall not very good but ok ok experience

Just 5mins walk from Dadar Train Station and near inter-city bus stop (to Pune, Goa etc...). Hotel facilities is aged, but all staff is very kind to help for my comfortable stay and the room is kept clean. I could access to the Gateway of India area by trains easily. I hope to stay here again for my next chance.

The hotel is near to city and Airport. However the basic amenities are missing like no shaving kit , Brushes are available in the bathroom. Cleanliness is good and staff is cooperative.However we find that if you late for breakfast then they are not re-filled once finished and after request also not provided.Food is good also you can go to their sister concern Pritam Dhaba for which food is excellent.The overall the hotel is good at price.
