The room smelled of smoke, it was clean, no smoke detector, mold was on the ceiling in the bathroom ,the floors were not sweep. They didn't offer us another room. The room had water on the floor

Not sanitary, was given a smoking room after requested non smoking in original booking, ceiling was leaking liquid and room service never came to give towels. Decided to check out early

Wouldn't ever refer anyone. Rating -0

Stay was ok except an overnight staff who was rude.

great staff and very nice room

The place had been remodeled but not clean there were mats constantly flying a garbage was eight outside my room there was grease poured by my parking spot as I went to Walmart. I called the office and they didn’t care they said those are the workers they leave tomorrow . Pillows were unsanitary. I reported to housekeeping and the manager on duty. It was early maybe 9:30 am. I needed to sleep had been up all night. No one replaced my pillows til 10:30 pm.

Enjoyed my stay very clean nice area Mexican restaurant right across the street sells good food and drinks only thing I didn’t like about it is when it was time to warm our food up there wasn’t a microwave in the room

The hotel website said they accept pets. We traveled with 2 dogs. The attendant produced a sign that said 1 dog even though there was another sign on the counter that said Max of 2 dogs. She called the manager and we were allowed to stay. they are remodeling so furniture was all over the parking lot. Half the room was new (bed and dresser) and half was old (couch and lamps). Someone had stuck salt packets to the picture by the bed. The toilet water was brown so we didn't use the sink water. I know some of this was out of their control but we had expected something a little better by the pics... At least the bed was new and clean.

No working television. No working refrigerator. Coffee pot without coffee.

Took 30 min to check in. No trash can in room

No soap, no Kleenex. Kleenex holder (empty) and shower curtain both quite rusty

One of the rooms had a musty smell rm 125 and 205 toilet was broke from floor and seat was off

I like the fact that some one would come around and ask if anything was needed in the room. And thestaff would get it for you.
