Amazing facilities

Away from the Old City, close to a shopping mall that has a food court and a Walmart. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Upon check‑in, I found long reddish hairs in the bathtub and on the sink surface (I have a short haircut and dark hair). The coffee machine worked intermittently, but fortunately there was an electric kettle in the room. There was no tea, only coffee capsules. The building has two decent restaurants with reasonable prices. There are three elevators in the building, and we often had to wait for them for 3–4 minutes. The pool is overcrowded on weekends and in the evenings.

Property was clean and somewhat updated. Staff were very helpful and professional. The parking garage was ridiculously small and hard to manoeuvre around. If you have anything larger than a small 4 door car it’s tight. The door in the unit had gaps to the hallway and the lampshades were crushed. The restaurant next door - Cosmos - was excellent. Value for $$ was fair and staff were excellent.. Just needs some attention to detail.

La construction à l'entour de l'hôtel était désagréable

I should have read the pages of reviews before I booked, I saw the rating and assumed I was booking a good value hotel. Upon arrival, the parking lot was in disarray with little room to park. The room, on the ground floor had a king bed and Murphy bed while i had booked 2 queens. This was fine and I did not mention it as we were tired from travelling. The room was beat up. The laminate flooring was in poor condition with obvious water damage, The furniture was poor quality and peeling or chipped. The sink was clogged. Finally there was chewing gum on the ceiling. The bedding appeared clean however the mattress was stained. We only stayed one night and were at the hotel for 10 hours. The sleep was fine, The AC seemed to work. We did not use any amenities. I booked the location for its proximity to the aquarium. I would not stay long term due to the heavy amount of construction in the neighbourhood. It seems everything around is being worked on or new buildings being built. Overall it was a fine stay but we weren't there long enough to make a real opinion.

Hotel bien situé,manque d'entretien,exemple,peinture dans chambre,balcon a repeindre.Climatisation a revoir.....beaucoup humide. Stationnement pas respecté a l'avant du bâtiment.....Stationnement intérieur ok. Et Stationnement extérieur a l'arrière ok Merci au personnel au comptoir d'accueil très bon service.

El check in y la estancia fueron rápidos, me dieron el cuarto más temprano de la hora normal y en general el personal de front desk amable y servicial, la ubicación bien para tomar un camión al viejo quebec con opciones de comida y tiendas cercanas

Very outdated and old. Mold in our shower, the whole floor had a disgusting smell the whole week (the 3rd floor was fine). Beds were comfortable, linens clean, behind the murphy bed was so dusty and dirty. First reception staff told me the bus pass didnt exist as I saw on the quebec govt webpage, 2nd staff member gave them to us no problems. The underground parking is so tight, can't go in there with a truck. Elevators are terrible, takes 10 mins to get anywhere. The stairs at night are scary and dark.. I wouldnt stay there again. Location was good.

This was our second stay at the hotel love the location great shopping and dining walking distance! (Across the street) this is our stay when attending concerts at the Vidéotron centre like 20 min away! We will be back!!!

Clean room, great staff, in hotel restaurants

Propre et bien mais le stationnement est problématique puisque les gens stationnent où ce n'est pas permis et il est alors très difficile de sortir.

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Everything we needed was available, and the stay was pleasant overall. We booked two rooms because our group had five people and each room accommodated a maximum of four guests. While both rooms were of the same category, one of the rooms had a sliding bathroom door that would not lock, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if the hotel could ensure all room fixtures are checked and maintained before guests arrive. Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

I enjoyed my staying here for 2 nights. I was very concerned about the negative reviews on Google maps, but it turned out a very nice hotel and affordable

Road construction was difficult, free parking. Big rooms with a really nice view. We were on the 11th floor

Tout était parfait et sa situation géographique près du Centre Laurier Québec nous a beaucoup plu! 😃

There were hair left on my blanket from other travellers. Food crumbs on the floor. Floor was sticky. We drive a truck so have to enter and exit using the back door which we have to walk pass garbage dumpsters and the back entrance was disguising, dirty. Elevator was slow during check in time. Staff at the front desk was amazing and helpful and fast. Would not stay again for this price.
