Clean and very comfortable hotel.

No hot water Mold in showers Rude check in help Freezing room No key that worked after going to the desk 3x

The gentleman that checked us in was awesome, I did not get his name and his shift ended about 30 minutes after we checked in. We got there around 10:30 pm. He was very friendly and funny. He did a great job of going over everything the hotel had to offer, pool, restaurant, bar breakfast and the exercise room. All of the front desk staff was very friendly. Little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, and there was only 1 cup left by the ice bucket. There were 3 adults and 1 toddler in the room, we could of used a few more cups. The beds were wonderful. I haven't slept that good in awhile. All in all, it was a good stay.

I thought the carts to bring your luggage on was a joke. We stayed the night before at a Drury in Montgomery and their carts were a 10. I rate yours as sub par. Your carts didn’t match how nice your hotel is. Very disappointing.

For a full service holiday inn it was not good. The pillow slip I had on one of the pillows was dirty, the sheets smelled funny, the carpets were disgusting and stained all over. The bathroom was not clean especially the shower. The floor by the door was sticky. The manager Greg was not very kind just very dismissive and stoic. There’s a full service holiday inn where I went to college in the middle of nowhere ohio that keeps their rooms and lobby much nicer than this.

I love everything except check in time, had to wait 2 hours for a room. But did get complimentary breakfast

Solomon provided excellent customer service and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed as guests.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a nice location. We did not pay for the breakfast buffet so I cannot review that part of the hotel.

Suite layout works

Service was fine. Everyone seemed rather busy so it is what it is. The room was clean but the pool definitely could have been maintained better. Overall it was good enough.

I booked a 2 queen reservation….. when we arrived in our room it was a king bed with a pull out couch that was absolutely disgusting. We also didn’t have any pillows, sheets or blankets in our room for the pull out couch. When asked, they only had pillows and sheets so we had to run to Meijer at 11pm at night to get blankets to sleep with. No one working seemed to care about our experience or help solve our problems. It was very much a “it is what it is” interaction.

The staff gave us a very difficult time because we booked through Expedia. They didn’t have the room we booked and blamed it on booking through Expedia. When we did get a room, it wasn’t clean. We had to move three times before we got a clean room. We did finally get placed into the room we booked, but it took over 24 hours and a compliant filed with Expedia before we got the room we booked. When we asked for a receipt for incidentals when we checked out, we were told we could not have a receipt because we booked through Expedia. It took several minutes of discussion about needing a receipt to check room charges before they finally gave us one. Additionally, the hotel property overall was short staffed resulting in delays for service and overall not a clean or maintained property.

Staff was pleasant. Hotel was clean. Restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Service was great and food was wonderful.

We had a blast the staff was amazing. We didn’t get the room we thought we booked but that is Expedia showing us the wrong photos. That’s the only thing I’d suggest they fix.

I've been staying at this Hotel for quite some time and never had a bad experience. This is a very Nice Clean Friendly place to stay. And the Desk clerk Greg is very professional.
