Initial front desk staff told us we had to wait until someone came back. We returned in about 20 minutes and were told our room was not ready. Our room was ready 1 1/2 hour after check in time. The following day our rooms keys didn’t work, and we had to return to the front desk and was issued new keys. Breakfast was decent, but ran out quickly. Between the delay, new room cards and breakfast running out, maybe we should have been offered some kind of discount

This property was convenient as it was in Golden where we needed to be. Beds were quite hard and not real comfortable. Hated the fluorescent lights in the bathroom. No woman wants to put on makeup under these type of lights.

This is where my granddaughter and I stay when I come to the Denver area. We love it.

The continental breakfast is poorly designed and getting to the food was crowded and frustrating

Way too much noise from the hallways. Lots of noisy kids! Also, couldn't get back into our room after breakfast on check-out day. Had to go back down to the desk and recode door card.

I liked the location just minutes from the historic downtown. Breakfast was delicious both days. Clean & friendly

The room was average, beds were decent, and it was quiet. The toddler eye level microwave was inconvenient and a problem with our toddler and would be better suited on a mounted shelf. The closet door is a giant mirror and it’s very pretty loud when you open and shut it. The staff seemed vaguely annoyed when you spoke to them and they weren’t very welcoming but they were always available when you needed something. The elevator is sketchy as hell. It makes weird noises and jerks which made us uneasy whenever we used it. The breakfast was edible-ish. Eggs were legitimate rubber but cereal came to save the day and the coffee wasn’t bad. Overall not terrible, not great. Great for a weekend stay.

Hospitalidade show. Localização ótima, tudo dentro da expectativa de um hotel de rede. Cama, banho, apartamento tudo ótimo. Voltei, voltarei e recomendo.

Las habitaciones son amplias estan limpias, parece q esta recien remodelada. El desayuno esta bien, ubicacion excelente.en general fue placentera la estancia, si me volveria a quedar
