Pictures on the site are the next-door building. The apartment is small, cheap and fragile double bed, no internet and hot water on the last 2 days. Good AC.

Der beste Deal welchen ich in Juan Dolio finden konnte! Unterkunftgeber ist (etwa zu) sehr um Kommunikation bemüht, nach Buchung sind gleich mehrere lange Mails eingetroffen sodass ich übersah, zurückzuschreiben und mitzuteilen, dass ich nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt werden muss sondern mit dem Bus komme (war so nett und hat an der Haltestelle auf mich gewartet). Im 4. Stock war es überraschend ruhig und keine 3min zum Strand. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht und ist günstiger als alles was ich in der Nähe gefunden habe. Aparta hotel eccellente con personale educato e cordiale. L'appartamento per 5 persone era grande, dotato di tutti i confort e con un angolo cottura comodo e accessoriato. La spiaggia è a pochi metri. È adatto anche a lunghi soggiorni. Altamente consigliato.

There was no pool no balcony looking over the beach no 15 restaurants on the grounds no ac but 2 fans it a run down apt building that i believe locals live there. the only free internet you get is sitting in front Andre apt The front has trees and gravel yard the back is a concrete leading out to the street .i got up the next morning wrote down the address went out in the back where the taxi stand was and asked them where is this place because i thought a mistake and they told me this is it i showed them and the owners of 1 of the restaurants down the street what Andre had put on the internet they could not believe it .I really wish i could have put my pictures of the inside of the place on Expedia but i cant for some reason .I really wished Expedia could send someone down there and break off this contract the whole place is a mess Andre you and you wife seem like nice people the grounds guy is cool but speak the truth .

I stayed 5 nights for semana santa week .This apartment is 3 minutes walk from Juan Dolio beach .It has cold A.C ,hot water , stove ,cable TV ,comfortabel bed .Many cafes resturant bars colmados and a supermercados in the area .The owner Andres was very courteous and professional although we checked in very late (11.30pm) and checked out very early (5am). One hour away from La Romana 15 minutes from Boca Chica maybe 25 minutes from Santo Domingo clubs and discos. I highly recommend Dre Broerders Apartments .
