호텔 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 감사합니다.

모든 것이 완벽합니다. 편안함, 평온함, 편리함, 합리적인 가격까지.

처음 체크인했을 때, 직원분이 에어컨이 작동하지 않는 방을 주셨습니다(에어컨은 켜져 있었지만 방은 더웠습니다). 욕실에서는 하수구 냄새가 났고, 베개와 침대 시트에는 머리카락이, 침대 옆 탁자에는 곤충 배설물이 있었습니다. 다른 방을 요청했지만 직원분은 방이 없다고 하셨습니다. 대신 청소 직원을 보내 변기에 방향제를 뿌리고 배설물을 닦아준 후, 기술자를 보내 에어컨을 청소하게 했습니다. 다시 전화해서 이번에는 직원분과 통화했고, 직원분은 다른 방을 주셨습니다. 방에 들어서자마자 시원했고, 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 방은 훨씬 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 좋았고, 위치도 좋았습니다.

음식의 종류가 적고 객실까지 엘리베이터가 없지만, 객실은 넓고 편안합니다.

세 번째 이곳에 묵는 건데, 방을 바꿔서 쓰는 거라, 리모델링이 필요할 것 같아요. 특히 뒤쪽에 있는 호텔 객실은 손상된 물품들을 새것으로 교체해야 할 것 같아요. 레스토랑 직원분들께 말씀드리자면, 아직 손님이 식사 중이라면 옆 테이블을 빗자루로 닦지 않는 게 좋습니다. 보기에도 좋지 않고, 옆 손님 음식에 먼지가 날릴 수도 있거든요. 만약 못 닦는다면 천을 사용하고, 손님이 먼저 나갈 때까지 기다려 주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 감사합니다.

방 사진이랑 안맞네요

객실은 넓고 에어컨은 차갑고 발코니가 있습니다. 분위기는 발리 느낌이 강해요. 친절한 직원, 민라나스와 계란후라이가 포함된 괜찮은 아침 식사. 호텔 바로 앞에는 먹을 곳과 슈퍼마켓이 많습니다. 사누르 해변까지 도보로 5~10분

Menu makanan lebih ke turis asing, tapi okelah.

Hotelnya cukup bagus namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki. Fasilitas kamar krannya berkerak, horden juga berkerak makanan di resto yang bisa milih hanya nasi goreng, mie goreng pilih salah satu jatuhnya ala carte yang milih milih bukan buffet.

Saya pesan tiga kamar, tapi hotel memberi 2 kamar yang salah satunya kamar extrabed. Mencoba hubungi travel agent tidak ada respons, pihak hotel tidak memberikan pilihan lain. Sangat mengecewakan, hotel memperdaya konsumen yang terdesak. Hati hati calon korban saat akan pilih kamar di sini.

Pengalaman saya di hotel sini sangat menyenangkan dan memang rezeki saya dikasih atau upgrade ke kamar yang besar memiliki 3 balkon. Hotel yang sangat tenang untuk beristirahat setelah beraktifitas seharian. Untuk yang membutuhkan ketenangan sangat recommend untuk menginap disini. Staf-staf di hotel sini tidak perlu saya ceritakan lagi karena Bali memang memiliki kultur dan sopan santun yang diakui oleh dunia.

Room size as well as balcony great size and kept very very clean. We stayed 1 week and our room was always made up when coming back, fresh towels, drinking water etc, kudos to the cleaning team. We had a room towards the back of the resort near the second pool which was nicely lit up at night. Very well kept hotel grounds, especially around the main pool. The second pool surroundings could do with a bit of grass seeds. Most of the staff very friendly and check-in quick. We had good wifi connection,channel TV and good aircon. The shower was a bit difficult to get to the right temperature and sometimes the water pressure was a bit low. The breakfast we thought was ok, but not the greatest. For 1 week we had the same 2 fruits as a fruit salad, the same pineapple jam was put out (strange as in the fridge behind staff counter I noticed plenty of strawberry jams that however never made it to the breakfast table) and thought packets of creamer for drinks are not suitable for a hotel in this price range. However when asked I was given milk instead. The most annoying thing though was that the eggs and the toast never arrived at the same time, so one of them you always ate cold. When asking for some extra toast one day you would have thought I asked for gold! Anyway we laughed it off and par some minor things that could be easily corrected by management I would stay at this hotel again just without the bf, conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and beach. Lovely pools and plenty of relax chairs.

Located slightly away from the main road so quiet and comfortable. Room is sufficiently spacious for solo traveler with balcony. Good location with many shops and restaurants nearby

Staff hotel sangat ramah. Suasana sangat nyaman.

Convenient location. Walking distance to shops, resto, and beach. Breakfast was ok. I got a huge room. But air con was too small for the room. Hotel is ok-maintained.
