We have stayed for only 1 night. But, this hotel cost was expensive compare to performance.

Highly recommended this place.

I like when we left our belongings even after we check out. It helps us explore more within the area.

Hotel was central to everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean however I found the bed to be too firm for my liking.

We booked a King Suite and it was on the 5th floor with a nice view, lovely bedroom, new bathroom, and a nice living room area. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again!

Avio, Ellie and Faith were great

The staff are so nice and the rooms are clean and smells fresh

Didn't accept my government discount rate. Worst room (100) if you get this room don't accept it as the room view is of the air conditioner outside and nothing else it's like a jail. The noises from the other rooms and cleaners kept us awake. Only thing good is the location

Very convenient location! Everything you’d need is within walking distance. Clean hotel.

The heritage feeling was present.

Hotel is in a good location , lots of car parks near by , unfortunately there is a club / bar next to the hotel and that creates quite a lot of noise late into the night

Updated and modern clean room. Easy access to buses.

It was a great location and lots of options for bars/restaurants in the building.

Rooms were small but modern, clean and comfortable. It was a great location, great restaurants and easy access to the downtown and waterfront

Stay was okay.

The staff are amazing! But keep in mind the roof top bar above sticky wicket, unfortunately it is very loud, until late hours of the nights and its directly outside the windows. But the staff again are very kind and extremely accommodating!

Wifi didn’t work No conditioner or lotions provided in the rooms

Good for 1 night stay! Room was clean. Room was upgraded which was appreciated. Hard to sleep with noise coming from the street - can hear people talking.
