룸 자체는 작은 편이었지만 천장이 높아서 답답한 느낌이 덜하고 둘이 지내기에 무리 없었고, 위치, 방 청결도, 에어컨, Wifi, 직원들 서비스 다 만족스러웠다.

위치는 최상급. 주요 관광지를 가기에 아주 편리. 공항버스를 이용하여 호시우 광장에서 내려 걸어서 5분정도. 직원들이 친절하고, 프론트 옆 커피와 스낵은 언제든 이용 가능하여 편리하다.

깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았네요.조식도 간단하지만 좋았고 특히 룸청소 하는분께 감사말 전합니다.

위치가 산타주스타 엘레베이터 근처이고 도보로 관광지가 이동 가능했어요. 리셉션 직원 분들이 정말 친절했고 조식 포함 숙박비가 저렴해 가성비가 좋아요. 조식도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다만 방이 작고 뷰가 안좋다는 단점이 있지만 다른 장점들이 훌륭해 다음에 리스본에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요.

Great place to stay in Lisbon perfect location to take in all the best of the area , the restaurant had great food and the serving staff were amazing . Would stay here again in a heart beat . The room was small but really how much time do you spend in your room in this beautiful city .

They can improve the breakfast menu and selection

A/C was not available. The room was too warm at night. A fan was not available as per staff. The pillows could be upgraded. Otherwise, very helpful staff. Very clean. We would return.

Nice hotel, great area.

I specifically picked this hotel and the higher priced room, because it indicated it had a balcony. But ours didn't. When I indicated this, the staff indicated they have received this complaint lots. They also said they have the right to assign rooms. Not all of the higher priced rooms have a balcony. Even though they are pictured this way. To me, they are saying the have the right to false advertise. Not a good business plan. There is nothing in the room to put your luggage on to open it. So you have to use the floor to get things out of your suitcase. Also offered a free drink. That turned out to be about an ounce of port wine. Nothing special. Don't waste your money like I did. Our friends place, a block down, which I decided against, was better and cheaper option.

This hotel was a find! From the outside it is unassuming but walk through the doors to an elegant, beautiful lobby with a very professional and helpful reception staff. Within minutes of entering, we were checked in, with dinner booked at the recommended neighbourhood restaurant, Traverna Baixa, known for its traditional Portuguese fare and directions to meet our tour guide. The room was perfect. Thought was given to every detail of this sanctuary. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully renovated. The room was on the small side by north American standards, but the use of the available space was perfect making for a very comfortable stay. By the way, dinner was excellent and we appreciated the recommendation. We paid to include breakfast, and it was worth every penny. What a great start to the day. I would return to Hotel Liz anytime I am lucky enough to be in Lisbon.

This is a great hotel located in the center of Historic Lisbon. Nice hotel with amazing staff and great daily breakfast. Hotel is very clean and in good condition. We would definitely stay here again ….. absolutely no complaints. Well done !!!

Very good central location, friendly staff, very nice bedroom and mattress. I got a bedroom with a balcony and it was so nice to open the window and look down on the street and get some fresh air.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Our stay was great with comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast selection and service! Definitely would stay here again!
