웬만한 관광지가 근처에 있어 도보로 이동 가능하고, 무엇보다 객실 발코니에서 보는 야경이 좋아요! CN타워 굳이 올라가지 않아도 될 뷰랍니다.

After almost 2 month, they suddenly emailed me saying that they wud charge $49 for cleaning, as it was missing on the web site. Since it wasn't mentioned on the website, how can guests know about the extra fee? When I paied for it, it was saying 'total price'! Anyway, I complaint it to Hotels.com , and ended up not paying the extra $49. I stayed there comfortably but it ruined the good empression. For future guests, please contact them first if they charge cleaning fee later.

6박의 긴 출장 동안 편안한 잠을 자게 해준 침대와 넓은 공간을 가진 거실 덕분에 편히 일을 마칠 수 있었다. 하지만, 자동차의 주차를 미리 알려야 한다는 점 및 그것에 대한 피드백과 사후 조치 등에 매우 불편했다. 결국 나는 다음날 주차 리모콘을 그것도 내가 연락 해서 받을 수 있었고, 방에 가져다 놓겠다는 약속은 지켜 지지 않았다. 6박동안 수건을 빨아서 써야 했는데, 세탁기는 있지만, 세제등이 전혀 구비 되어 있지 않아 애를 먹었다. 다행히 1인이 묵었고, 수건이 8개여서 간신히 사용할 수 있었다. 6일동안 청소가 한번도 안되는 것은 사실 이해 할 수 없었다. 3박씩 나누어 예약을 한다면, 키를 반납하고 다시 받는 불편함이 있어도 청소도 수건도 해결 되었을 텐데 마지막으로 키를 반납함에 있어서도 방에 놓고 가면 되는데 나의 책임이라는 말을 듣고 아연 질색 했다. 아무 notice를 받은 적이 없는데.... 결국 security에게 키를 봉투에 넣어 반납하였으나, 그 과정에서 30분도 넘는 시간이 지나갔다. 위치와 컨디션은 좋았으나, 서비스는 아예 없다.

위치는 대단히 좋습니다. 침구류의 청결상태에 대해서는 쟐 모르겠지만, 위치나 객실에 대해서는 대단히 만족스러웠습니다.

정말로 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 단점) 통상적으로 호텔 가격 + Tax 로 착각할 수 있으나 인원추가에 대한 비용과 숙소 청소비용이 별도로 청구되어 결제 시 꼼꼼히 따져봐야 함!!! 인원추가에 대한 비용을 지불하였으나 이불은 제공되지 않아 OMG !! 주차 할 때도 예약이 필요하고, 키가 없어서 완전 눈치 보면서 들어가구, 주차장에서도 최악! 환불 또는 취소가 안됨으로, 꼼꼼히 봐야하고, 호텔스닷컴의 고객센터 대응 또한 OMG! It was terrible. Usually, i think that price was hotel price and tax. But, after paid, i realised that it was terrible. It was add person fees and clean fees. OMG ! Moreover, there was not just two blankets even if i pay additional fees. It was not easy to enter building and parking lot without this building key. This house (not hotel) was not permitted cancel or refund. Check carefully!!!!

한마디로 엉터리다. 호텔은 아니고 주거용오피스텔정도 되겠다. 호텔의 이름도 다르다 여기서는 무슨 라이프스위트 로프트 CN타워라고 소개하고 있지만 실제 가보면 Tridal 300인가 뭐 그렇다. 예약후 받게 된다는 안내 이메일 때문에 이 숙소에 도착하기 전까지 난 아주 불안에 떨어야 했다. 받은 내용은 아래 보이겠지만 꼭 공식적인 숙소가 아니라 개인적으로 불법적으로 임대사업하는 듯한 뉘앙스를 느꼈기 때문이다. Deposit을 요구받을 수 있거나 프론트 데스크를 가지말라든가 등등 만일 이곳에서 치안이나 재정적인 갈등이 생긴다면 누구에게 하소연해야 할지 막막했다. 다행이 도착한 숙소는 지은지 얼마 안되서 생각보다 깨끗했지만 숙박해 있는 기간 동안 숙소관계자는 얼굴한번 볼일이 없었다. 침구시트를 갈거나 수건의 교환도 없다. 이메일로 별도로 요구한다면 어떨지는 모르겠다. 수건은 세탁한것이긴 했지만 상태는 많이 사용한 것으로 청결하다고는 할 수 없다. 방안의 자동온도조절장치는 제대로 작동하는지 의심스럽다. 숫자는 바뀌지만 온도는 별로 차이가 없다. 화장실의 환풍기는 밤새도록 시끄러웠지만 끌수있는 스위치는 없다. 예민한 사람이라면 숙면에 문제가 있다. 방안에 시설이용가이드는 없다. 그래서 Fitness center나 식당 등 기타시설을 이용하려면 어떻게 해야하는지 알 수 없다. 일일히 담당자에게 이메일이나 전화로 물어볼 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 식사를 할 곳은 없다. 바베큐그릴은 사전 예약제로만 이용되고 6명이상되어야 이용할 수 있다. 야외수영장은 폐쇄되어있고 문은 누가 열어주는지 알 수 없다. 자체 취사를 하고 잠만자는 숙소를 원한다면 이용할 수 있을 것이다. 한가지 좋은 점은 위치다. CN타워 바로 앞이고 Rogers center 야구장이 코앞이다. 방에서 CN타워 전망이 괜찮은 것 말고는 별로 추천하고 싶지는 않다. 아래는 예약 후에 받은 체크인 가이드 이메일 내용 중 문제있는 부분이다. 참고들 하시길.... I had booked super last minute because I was scammed by somewhere else. I spoke with Alex and he was super accommodating and my room was ready within 20 minutes of checking in. From checking in to checking out was very easy. The room was perfect with an amazing view. They saved my Toronto trip.

I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The location is amazing. The room exceeded my expectations in size, quality and cleanliness. However, the elevators are not working properly and we were told have not been for a long time. There is one elevator that services floors 28-48 and it also goes to P1-P5. No exaggeration, you need 20-40 mins to take the elevator up or down each time and will be crushed in like a sardine. Almost everyone we spoke to on the high rise levels all take the stairs to and from floor 28, where you can access the low rise elevators. The inability to get on or off the floor was deplorable. Secondly, the door staff are kind but do not work for the rooms. They can’t help you and you have to use a chat. No one answered or responded to us. Not even to acknowledge my messages. In short, location and room were perfection. I would never recommend this stay based on poor building maintenance and zero communication from hosts with requests or questions.

Check in was smooth, room was spotless and beautiful. Beautiful view too! No issues with anything in the room, had everything I needed. Only complaint is the elevators in the building, seemed like only 1 of them was working and it was painfully slow, made even worse by the amount of people waiting to go up. Aside from that, everything was great and I would come back here again!

Elevator takes forever

The property is well located, beside the CN tower and the aquarium. Be mindful of the checking process by email and that the address for the check in is on a building beside where you are staying. It is separate by a parquing lot. Fill out forms by email, provide security deposit and they will provide you with your room number. This info will be forward to the security person on the lobby. He will provide you with your keys. I've checked for bed bugs but facilities were clean. There is a fully functional kitchen. Entry on the building is done by security fob. I would give a 9 out of 10, just because there is not a security person on the building.

Close to everything downtown. Very clean and well stocked.

Everything was great

Having only one elevator made getting to the condo and going out a hassle. We had to add 20 - 30 minutes each way just for elevator wait times.

Perfect for our requirements. Brilliant location. Clean and tidy, warm and cosy. Great base in Toronto.

The room was nice and clean but all the amenities were not working, sauna and steambath and the jacuzzi. Its sad cause I was really looking forward to a nice steambath and a sauna. I would stay there again but i would make sure everything was working before I booked the room which the staff should have informed me.
