It says that the pool is heated, but yet I froze my butt off. Otherwise, overall, it was a very wonderful stay.

My room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly

Really liked staying for the 3 nights we were in Fergus Falls. Our room was facing toward the pool with a little balcony to relax on. The pool was a nice way to cool off and enjoy the downtime. The staff was great and the breakfast was a step above the cheaper hotels. Would stay again if ever in the area

Gym was not like the pictures, front desk service was good vut hard to get ahold of them, hot tub was broken and no date when it would be working

It was convenient location for my weekend plans. The hot tub was not available on a holiday weekend and you couldn't use the pool past 10pm.

Not updated. The hot tub was out of order. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the hot tub. The staff was nice. I think the pictures are deceptive on the quality and state of the place

Thoroughly enjoyed our sty. The jacuzzi in the room was a great surprise. It was very slippery so difficult to get out of. Suggest grab bars and non- slip tread on the bottom.

I would have preferred to workout at 5 when I get up. I was coaching figure skating so 8 am is too late.

The room was very clean, loved having a balcony over the pool

The free breakfast was very good! The door handle to our room was very loose.

Pool side room with large king size suite! Friendly front desk staff.

It’s an older hotel that was somewhat clean. We had the A/C on in our room but it was still stuffy. The young man at the front desk was extremely polite.

I enjoyed the breakdast, TV, pool, hot tub, work out fitness room, staff, coffee bar.

Front desk person was extremely nice and friendly. Made the stay very welcoming and comfortable.

Very comfortable, easy check in, I was attending a funeral and it was nice to have a relaxing night

Good place to stay

Everything was great until we left and realized our gas tank had been siphoned to empty. Van was parked right in front so parking lot security was lacking. Otherwise nice and very acceptable hotel.
