The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was nice. It was fresh and hot, with many choices. This was our second time staying here. It is super convenient and right off the freeway. There are many restaurant options, all within walking distance. Great stay with our dog. Outside buildings could benefit from some updating and the grass area needed some attention.

It’s the perfect half way stop between Orange County and the Bay Area.

It's a convenient place to stay while traveling. Close to the 5 freeway, gas stations and places to grab a bite to eat. Room was spacious, bed comfy

No good dining options nearby. But a nice stop before LA

Hotel lost power. Was not informed until we arrived at 10:30 pm. Had to move to another hotel. No reciprocal arrangement so had to pay for the room. Need a refund.

Erector remodelacion

I feel this hotel is one of the better options to stay along the I-5 corridor nice halfway spot between Sacramento and Ojai in the middle of a U-Haul move. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast option in the morning was nice and definitely better than the fast food options around the hotel.

Great place to stay

My biggest complaint was the multiple interruptions in the morning. We had a "Do Not Disturb" sign in place and it was a couple hours before check-out time, but still had housekeeping open the door into our hotel room two times. Disruptive and put us at unease.

I've stayed at this Best Western twice now and had a great experience each time. It's very clean, very safe, and the staff are very pleasant.

Easy access from and to interstate 5, clean, safe, place for a quick stay on the long trip between Redding and Los Angeles

Reallt nice pit stop at Kettleman city Totallt improved and super clean breakfast buffer was my personal favorite with a functional coffee machine that makes a decent latte outside of a Peet's. 5* for just doing the basica right and being easy and accessible overall
