Parking was great and the bed was very comfy! We stayed 2 nights and really needed good sleep! The one thing that could be improved is the fluctuating water temperature in the shower. Thanks!

Amazing and welcoming staff

We enjoyed the room every thing was clean and comfortable however as someone with a deadly allergy to nuts your products use argan oil which is from nuts. So we had to make separate trip out to buy products that were safe for us to use this was a extra expense we were not prepared for. My recommendation would be to offer other soaps and shampoo that do not contain nut oil. When we called down to front desk no other products were available. Or even a solution offered only that there was a shippers drug Mart close by.

Room was good and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a jet tub and an all glass stand up shower which unfortunately doesn’t drain it filled up and stayed full and my wife wasn’t able to shower after me. Waited two hours and still full but had to check out, the glass door also leaked very bad and soaked my cloths which were on the floor. We were in room 202.

Wonderful clean comfortable room. However, toilet too low and no handicap bar, dangerous for me as i had had knee replacement. Tub way too low as well.

Check in staff member was fantastic, went above and beyond to help me. Room and hotel safe a0nd clean.

Room and bathroom clean, however it is tired and dated. the lobby looks modern and new, however once on the room floors the hallways and rooms are dated. Staff was pleasant and helpful. On night of check in, heater was not working. Jessica quickly came up and opened another room.

Very private and quiet place. Close to the malls and any store you may wish or need.

We enjoy our stay. This is the second time we have used this location in NewMarket. We were disappointed that the restaurant was close during our stay and unfortunately the hotel staff didn't inform us of this change. On the hotel webstie it noted the hours it would be open but no information of closure was posted.
