Pool not available, dissapointing to find out at check in. No hand soap, bottle empty. Place.for.dinner next door, food was good just took a long time.

Checked in late after driving all day. My wife and I are full time travelers, so we are pretty use to the ups and downs of road life. We unpack walked into the room and there were no sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Looked around and couldn’t find any sheets so called front desk as we couldn’t make the bed ourselves. They moved us and the second room had two small beds. We ended up paying for a king size bed room and didn’t get what we paid for. In addition we heard groups of people talking most the night out in the parking lot. This hotel is mostly occupied by oil workers and apparently they like to have beers in the parking lot until 2-3 am on a Tuesday. Next morning we talked to the front desk and they didn’t apologize once for the sheets or the downgraded room. So they basically took our money and didn’t offer to make it right by compensating us for the downgraded room difference. Here is my summary. Pros: • The room was a little dated but clean. • Easy access from highway. • Breakfast was really great, it’s the best service at this hotel. Con’s: • Hotel staff really doesn’t care even when they can’t offer basic services like sheets. •Customer service doesn’t exist. I talked to the front desk about our issue the next day and even sent messages to Best Western. They don t respond to anything. • Physical security is an issue, too many groups of men drinking (they were staying at hotel) in the parking lot. Not a place for a family or couples!

This was good value, and a nicd place to eat on site. I like to park outside my room where the vehicle was safe. Easy highway access and fuel options

This was a well maintained, thoughtful property. Staff was friendly and attentive. Nice touches like a laundry onsite and a cute poolside bar.

Although the hotel is older iit was kept very well. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was fantastic.

Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Pool area was nice. Front desk people were very friendly and efficient. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast buffet was held in their restaurant and was awesome. This truly a 'find'.

Easy excess to interstate, and Gas stations to continue trip, afterwards. Bed was comfortable, but pillows are terrible, bring your own. Room was clean, but the fridge, and hair dryer were either unplugged or didn't work. Buffet not so great, so probably better to use the main restaurant for a tastier breakfast. Host, not so friendly and not so informative to choose one or the other. Overall, if on a budget it would be ok.

We stayed whule our son's team played baseball. love their courtyard. we wiukd stay again.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lacking on weekdays because sausage and cooked eggs were only available Sat/Sun. Paint was flaking around tub.

Decent hotel but horrible location if you’re in a room close to the freeway! The semi trucks woke me up all night long! Walls are paper thin! Bright side is the free breakfast spread is one of the better ones I’ve seen.
