We expected more from Wyndham. The parking lot and walkways are littered and dirty, the room (recently refurbished, we were told) is in need of paint, furniture and a general scrubbing. The sink drain was slow so I pulled up the pop-up plug and found a huge hair ball, which I removed with a rolled up ball of toilet paper and threw in a garbage can outside our door due to the smell (another bit of tackiness, that garbage can.) Overall a less than stellar experience.

This hotel is 60+years old. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Carpet needs to be upgraded to solid surface flooring. Beds are very hard. Was fairly clean. Manager was helpful and friendly. Full breakfast was average. No yogurt or fresh fruit.

We were there for the Greer Days Event.The motel is very dated and in need of renovation. The tub/shower had used shampoo & conditioner left behind and faucet was dripping. We were kinda grossed out. We were not at that point planning to use the tub/shower anyways. The staff more than made up for the bathroom condition with friendly professional service. We did end up using the tub/shower the day before we left and we haven't contracted any diseases or died. The provided breakfast items were decent quality and plentiful. The manager informed us that they will be performing a full renovation in the near future. If we come back next year and are not staying in Greer we will definitely give it another look.

The property needs an update.

The host that checked us in was absolutely amazing! She made sure to give us great service! Both days!

Cleaning staff came into my room at 0650 in the morning and woke me up. I was on vacation. Not acceptable for service industry. No do not disturb sign in room or at front desk. Will not be back.

Our room was not clean, there was no shower curtain and only 1 towel in the bathroom, and the floor and the toilet were filthy. We did call the front desk and they offered to switch us to a new room the next day. I asked for cleaning supplies and I cleaned the room myself. The next day the weekend cleaning lady did a good job of cleaning our room while we were out. Hotel is very run down. We could deal with them remodeling, however it was filthy. Staff was very nice though, they did not offer a discount which we think should have been offered.

The front desk was friendly and professional. The room looked brand new. Continental breakfast was very good. For the price it was a lot of hotel.

The room was not clean at all and there was no hot water. It was very noisy too. I will not stay there again when I return on business.

I stayed here during a round trip, coming and going one night each way. The first night the manager kindly offered me a ground floor room, but the second time he told me there was not one available so I stayed on the 2nd floor. Both rooms were identical, clean and nicely remodeled. Only the bath/shower areas were old. The heating worked well and everything else worked fine. The hot breakfast was a nice treat, although the coffee was weak.

Primarily, this is a “has been” motel. There’s couple of small pictures on the wall that were non descript. The thing that bothered me most was the lack of adequate lighting. There was one lamp by the bed that did not cast enough light for reading. There was another lamp across the room, but no nightstand to put it on. There were wall sconces on the wall opposing of the door that didn’t remedy the light problem.

The beds were very comfortable but the plumbing needs HELP.

Entire stay

After several days of hiking & camping in New Mexico, in early march (it got down to 19° at night) I really wanted a hot bath, a soft bed & a heated room to sleep in & boy, did I surprise even myself with this find! (And it gave me an excuse to check out Arizona !) I wasnt expecting much more than the basics when I booked, the room prices were surprisingly low & so I booked the king bed suite, the tub has jets! My sore muscles rejoice! And the room is absolutely adorable, the fishing theme & decor were very nice- an outdorsy vibe I appreciated since Id chickened out on that 3rd night of camping the suite is surprisingly large, a comfy couch & multiple chairs, lamps with softer lighting- there is also a separate walk-in shower & they provided plenty of clean!

Second time here. No issues. We stayed in the king suite. Would stay again.

Hotel is beginning some renovation work. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The advance check in and check out from my phone was super easy. The complimentary breakfast was good and several options were available. We would definitely stay here again.

It was ok. They missed someone else's garbage in the bathroom. I already had to be given another room since the first one had dirty bedding
